Well it turns out that coupon was essentially good for a $46 discount, I brought a coupon in for Rear Brake Service with Machining Rotors for $349.95. Well it turns out that coupon was essentially good for a $46 discount, $23 for labor and $23 for parts, but then they slap on a Shop Supplies Fee of $58.63 to make it up for the discount. To be fair the fine print on the coupon said does not include Shop Supplies, what they failed to mention is Shop Supplies is 17% of the bill. Essentially it was just a bate and switch thing. What are shop supplies anyhow, did I buy everybody breakfast? More

Good service but Had to have my car serviced by the dealership due to a recall. While my car was at the service center I asked if a new key could be cut and the fob pr Had to have my car serviced by the dealership due to a recall. While my car was at the service center I asked if a new key could be cut and the fob programmed. The folks were more than friendly, expidiant and professional. One of the gentlemen named Howard kept me informed via text on my vehicle’s service status which I appreciated. My only issue of complaint occurred when I picked up my vehicle and reviewed the itemized bill. There was an additional $15 charge for hazardous materials disposal and another charge of $15 for shop materials. When I questioned what the charges were for, considering I only had a key cut, I was referred to the service manager. The service manager said the charges are incurred by everyone having service done regardless of the work and, there was nothing he could do about the charge. I left the service center thinking it’s charges like these resulting from blanket billing that keep me from getting my car serviced at the dealership. It confirmed an impersonal relationship and reminded me that to the dealor, I am just a source of revenue. More
