Not Complete I brought my vehicle there for warranty repairs. One of the issues was obvious that being the mirror stuck and the mirror was replaced. The second i I brought my vehicle there for warranty repairs. One of the issues was obvious that being the mirror stuck and the mirror was replaced. The second issue was not, that being the backup safety sensors weren’t working all the time. I had a video I sent to the service reps showing how the sensors didn’t work but after a couple days they told me they couldn’t replicate the issue. What I figured out after receiving the vehicle back and having the same issue the next morning was that when the vehicle was started using the remote start the sensors failed to make audible tones to signal proximity to another object. If it was started using the key then the sensors made tones. I also was told by the scheduler that I would be contacted prior to bringing my vehicle for drop off by my designated service rep to discuss getting a rental vehicle on drop off. I live by myself and don’t have the luxury of being without a vehicle to get to and from work. I was not contacted by that individual so I ended up spending money on an Uber to get home. More
