Airbag Light My airbag light came on a week ago. I scheduled my appointment online and had no issues dropping my Chrysler off at 9am. By 3pm my car was finished an My airbag light came on a week ago. By 3pm my car was finished and what I thought was just an airbag recall turned into a $350 wire issue under my seat. I guess, who knows if that was the real issue? Fast and friendly service however what I didn't appreciate was the shuttle service that conveniently dropped me off at work 2 miles away but never came back to get me. I called twice and the receptionist told me that they weren't answering but she would leave them a message. I took a lyft back the dealership and was very upset to see that my car was still dirty and the floor covers and plastic seat covers were still in my car. I would have appreciated a ride back to the dealer and a clean car but oh well. More

Sunroof Installed I took the car in to have a sunroof installed. While the work was completed in 24 hours my car was returned to me dirty. They didn't wipe footprints off the leather, they didn't vacuum up the dirt off the mats, they didn't wash the car. Not what I expected and I certainly was not happy about it. When I asked about the car wash I was told by the cashier that the car wash was broken. At that point I had not seen the inside of the car. At any rate, poor, poor service. More
