We provided what financially we were looking for, they originally didn't meet our numbers so we attempted to leave. I took the baby out to our vehicle and they practically cornered my wife and refused to provide her the keys to our vehicle. Badgering her about why we didn't want what we looked at. That kind of set me aside and I think they realized they messed up. They then offered us about 3k more for our trade in and actually worked hard to get the price and payments to right about exactly what I walked in requesting. Overall the experience was good. We got what we wanted and they were willing to work hard for our business. Just the pushy, overbearing level of their customer service needs work. More
