Oursiman Can’t Fix a Water Leak I just took my 2015 Wrangler into Ourisman in Alexandria to have the leaking front doors fixed...for the 4th time since I purchased the vehicle. No I just took my 2015 Wrangler into Ourisman in Alexandria to have the leaking front doors fixed...for the 4th time since I purchased the vehicle. Not only did they fail to fix the leaks, they charged me $640.00 for the “repair”, The front doors have leaked ever since I purchased the vehicle new from Ourisman, and the first three “repairs” were covered under warranty. At no point have the doors stopped leaking, and i now have to take my Jeep back to them a 5th time to have the leaks “repaired” again. My guess is that I will be charged accordingly. The door leak “specialist” only works once per week at Ourisman, so it’s not exactly convenient. Plus, I am Active-Duty Army, and have very limited time to deal with this. And my time spent overseas has kept me from being able to address the problem more often. I am very disappointed in Ourisman, and feel like I have been lied to. At the very least, I should be refunded the $640.00 I was charged. The ONLY positive thing about dealing with Ourisman is Howard White, my service agent, who is courteous, professional..and a good communicator. I don’t blame him for Ourisman’s repeated failures. I would definitely not recommend Ourisman to anyone. More

They performed work on my Jeep without calling me first. I was charged $175 for work that was done without my authorization. Wouldn't recommend service with them again. I had to call at 12PM to see what the cost might be for a repair. When I called they had to call me back and then when I received the call I was told it was ready and it would be $175. I went to pick up my Jeep at 5:30PM and it hadn't even been ran through the car wash which I asked if it could that morning. 9.5 hours at the dealer and it couldn't be ran through the car wash. Unexplainable. More

Been Going Here for 7 Years, but no longer When I first started taking my vehicle here for service I was pleased. Over the course of 7 years, this place has gone way down hill. I had my A/C When I first started taking my vehicle here for service I was pleased. Over the course of 7 years, this place has gone way down hill. I had my A/C fixed about 2 months ago and paid ~$200 for it. The only problem was, they didn't fix it. So when it gets hot out and my wife and kids need the A/C, it doesn't work. When I take it in they tell me something else is wrong with it and charge me $550 to fix it. They didn't offer any discount or to reduce the price the amount of the first (supposed) fix-it job. And, there is now a rattling noise in the A/C that was not there when I took the vehicle in. There has been other issues I've had where things were not repaired properly and the service rep was not professional and outright snotty in some cases. I'm going elsewhere from now on. More
