bad service after 3 days jeep being in the collision department I had to call for a update...oil change,tire rotation wasn't done like requested...even though I s after 3 days jeep being in the collision department I had to call for a update...oil change,tire rotation wasn't done like requested...even though I spoke to Adam about it when I was finally able to get in touch with him...he said the oil change had been done already...had to leave jeep one more day and still by 12:00pm next day wasn't ready....left jeep dirty from inside...still have little paint drops on the windshield...Darick in the service department wasn't very helpful or nice...wouldn't let me sumit my review if I didn't select 1 star...only reason why I have them 1 star More

SC to Va. bought a Golden Eagle! I called several dealerships looking for a Jeep Golden Eagle w/ manual transmission in something other than red, black or white. I’m from SC and could I called several dealerships looking for a Jeep Golden Eagle w/ manual transmission in something other than red, black or white. I’m from SC and couldn’t find one locally so I expanded my search. I found out Ourisman CDJR in Alexandria Va had what I was looking for. I called them and Samer Burjas took the the time to speak with me over the phone and we were able to strike a deal ($2500 less than another dealership said was their bottom line.). Most salesman want you to come in so you can’t research in private or they can pressure you into buying but Samer understood I was over 400 miles away and couldn’t take that “test drive”. Everything was handled by phone, sales order, down payment, etc. I picked up the Golden Eagle on the 12th of May, (full of gas and washed) put her on a trailer to took her back to SC. Spent about an hour for the rest of paperwork and get her loaded! The Golden Eagle was a gift to my wife.......she’s very happy More
