Everything Went Wrong I missed the persons call and was never able to reach them back. I left a message for him to do the work around noon. I called back around 3 after another long wait he informed me that he did not check his messages so the car was not ready. The next day I called him aroound noon again, it took a long time to get to him. I told him I would be there aroun 4, he said, he would have my car out front waiting. I got to the metro and called for a shuttle and was placed on hold for over 15 minutes so I walked down the street and caught a bus. When I arrived at 4:45 and paid for my car, I waited 15 minutes, then when I asked about my vehicle I was told it was blocked in. Bad experience. More
The service was horrible! I return to the deal where I was met with a don't care, isn't my problem attitude and the service manager stating he wasn't going to honor any order that came from Chrysler due to a conversation he had with my fiancee where he claimed that he was called a piece of xxxx. This was not true and I was give the run around for 3 hrs by service until a manager over all service issues Chris heard my case and agreed with me but still nothing was done to fix my issue where my vehicle left my house with a battery issue and was returned to me with a different issue, plus there was oil hand prints on my car, inside my car door, and a push pin was missing where they put the new battery. The service answer to the oil on my car was wipe it off but didnt get the front bumper and put a new push pin in the panel. More

Upon dropping my Jeep off I got a text from Darrell stating that he would be my contact for any questions to text him. I thought, cool that’s a great idea and easy. Well after a week or so I text Darrell and got no respeonse. Text him again after 2 days and still nothing. I finally call for the status on my Jeep. On a Monday. Darrell said that it’s ready but he waiting for a sticker guy to put stick on my Jeep but that it would be done by Wednesday. Well Wednesday came around and nothing. I would think that Darrell would at least have contacted me and let me know but nothing. I didn’t hear from Darrell until Friday evening about an hour and half before closing. If you’re gonna have a means to communicate and you’re gonna assign someone to a customer then he should do his job. Then, today I get a text from Darrell with some bs about hoping his service was good. Lol lol I had to laugh. But the work on my Jeep itself seems to be done well so hats off to that. More

Body shop was a very bad experience for me. My vehicle was in the body shop for repairs do to an accident. Just because I didn't have a rental car don't mean you all have a right to take your time and keep my car for as long as you like until you get other cars repaired. This was such a really bad experience for me I don't even want to relive it and explain anything. I'm still having major problems with my car. Adam the advisor that handle this told me the problem I'm having was not cause by the accident. I took my car to another auto dealer and they told me it was cause by the accident. I am not going back to Ourisman Chrysler Jeep Dodge Of Alexandria ever again. I am really disappointed and I don't want to be in touch with these people ever again. More

He even went as far as to take a car out of the showroom so I could test drive it because it was the last one they had. The Sales Manager Gary was the most professional and kind manager I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They worked so hard to get a deal that we were both happy with. Buying a car usually ends up taking all day, but I was in and out pretty quickly. They respected my time and treated me with the utmost respect. Hamid was very knowledgeable about the two different cars I looked at and made sure to point out features and demonstrate them to me. Hamid was one of the best sales people I have ever worked with, and would gladly drive 3+ hours to buy another car in the future. Thank you to the Ourisman staff for such a stellar experience. I wish more dealerships operated the way you do. More
I waited for 4 hours and a half with no reason ! I waited for 4 hours and a half almost all day long 9am to 2:30pm with simple thing to fix.
