Worst experience ever Robert Jalloh was absolutely horrible. He was rude, did not shake my hand, ring bell, or congratulate me. He ignored me and did not communicate with me throughout the process. He did not show me any new features of my vehicle or have the knowledge regarding upgrades. It was truly the worst customer service I have ever had and I will never go back to this dealership because of it. More
