No one cares . I came in for a warranty replacement radio and an alignment. The radio was ordered on a prior visit for an ongoing issue. Which, not even 5 mins . I came in for a warranty replacement radio and an alignment. The radio was ordered on a prior visit for an ongoing issue. Which, not even 5 mins after leaving it failed .......again. The part that kills me was the alignment. I was told $140 for the alignment by Howard White. When I came to check out it was $170. $30 in shop supplies added to the total. So, lets forget the fact that there are ZERO need for shop supplies to do an alignment and $30 is fleecing. The goof here is that I wasn't quoted for them. Here's where I found out that no one at this dealer gives a flying f about the customer. I asked the cashier what the shop supply charge was for. "I don't know, you can take your paperwork to the him if you want too". Not, hold on let me call him to come to the counter to go over it with you. So, I go talk to Howard White. I asked him why they were on the RO and he didn't answer. I said, dude, you quoted me $140, what is this? Got nothing but a dead eye stare. Hey just said "Okay". I walked away, which I'm sure, that's what he wanted. I went back to the cashier and asked for the manager. Again, she said, oh he's sitting over there. Great customer service, xxxx. I paid and left. Never to return again, I promise. This dealership is dismal and full of second stringers. I can tell you that I had to go to Safford to purchase my current 2017 Jeep Wrangler because it took 2 hours of waiting on the rookie salesman at Oursiman to walk me outside to look at the first Jeep on my buy list and that is no exaggeration. I walked out because the sales manager wouldn't take the time to help his new employee. So, why would he help me. If you don't mind being treated like trash, by all means head on down to this trash bin. To the owner: My wife's lease is up in December and I had glimmer of a thought to come to you to purchase her a new Wrangler. Ain't no way. More
