Service We purchased a 2018 Pacifica and went to have additional items added/installed. Among them were window guards. We made an appointment and we were told it would take 1 hour which turned into 2 hours. Then only 1 of the window guards were installed and we were told that the other one (which were ordered) was damaged. Where is the quality control? One would have thought that this would be checked out BEFORE the appointment was made. When we were upset about this, Jeff got very mouthy. He needs to be trained in customer service. Also there were 4 wheel nuts that were not installed. Don't know why. I called the service manager on 4 June and left a message to call me back and to date he has not done so. Come to find out that he was off that day, his phone recording should have indicated that. We owned a Town and Country before we purchased the Pacifica and we dealt mainly wit Josua Mena in the service department and we were very pleased. He is very professional and courteous and we prefer to deal with him in the future. More

I chose not to seek a cheaper non-dealer option. I want my Jeep fixed right the first time most of all. Appreciate the cashier getting me a military discount when I arrived in uniform to pick-up my Jeep. Would of appreciated a quick exterior wash and interior vacuum. I suspected the FCM, which was in fact bad, but most (not all) of the problems came back the day after Chrysler returned the car to me. So now it's back in the shop. To get five stars, they would have to go beyond fixing the first problem they find and then hoping that nothing else is wrong, especially when the car had so many diverse symptoms. But the work that they did was necessary, they did a great job, and the price was fair. So four stars. More
