Horrible customer service and time management by staff I left my vehicle (2012 Jeep Patriot) for a simple oil change and presented a coupon for $45 oil change and filter replacement plus courtesy 360 inspe I left my vehicle (2012 Jeep Patriot) for a simple oil change and presented a coupon for $45 oil change and filter replacement plus courtesy 360 inspection. The service department rep ended up charging me $60, and said the extra $15 was for "hazardous material disposal" and "non-descript fees". Those charges and fees should have been included in the overall service to begin with. Then at 4 pm, I headed over to the dealership to pick up my vehicle; the courtesy shuttle was 30 MINUTES LATE in picking me up. When I called the store, I was disconnected three times, then told they "couldn't locate the driver". Finally, the shuttle came, and Mike the manager on shift asked me, "Well, what do you want me to do???" I demanded a discount; he gave me a discount, but only took off $15 off the total bill (so essentially the $15 in nondescript fees and surcharges). Overall- EXTREMELY disappointed with their false advertising, upcharge in fees, and mismanaged courtesy shuttle schedule. More
