There was no engine light, but the "codes" were reading "low voltage" so they said I needed a new battery and then they would run a diagnostic. Well, they cleared the car to go and it is still doing the EXACT SAME THING when I stop -- sputtering, nearly stalling. What happened to driving the car to see if it's better, rather than just checking "codes." I have already replaced my battery a few years ago, so now I think I wasted nearly 300 on the battery and diagnostic and the car isn't fixed. I live 50 miles from the dealership too, so it wasn't a convenient trip to just stay within the warranty on servicing . . . . More

New Jeep Horror I picked up a Jeep on a Sunday and it broke down within 15 minutes of purchase. The warning lights came on just before the Van Dorn exit. I parked the car for an hour in 95 degree weather. It did not start for 30 minutes. The car had to be towed back to the dealership where I exchanged it for a new vehicle.
