Long wait I had a 10:30am appointment- then waited almost 45 minutes for anyone to talk to me. It is confusing and chaotic. I decided to wait for the car - bi I had a 10:30am appointment- then waited almost 45 minutes for anyone to talk to me. It is confusing and chaotic. I decided to wait for the car - big mistake. I waited until 2pm just to get an initial technician report. They was told I needed to spent $2500 for my suspension to be redone - the sales technician then tried to push me into signing by offering $100 off...as if. I took it to a local service station near my work and they quoted me $1300 for the same work to be done. I get that the dealership is more expensive- but, what a rip off and huge amount of wasted time spent. More
