Recommend for diagnostics only. I bought a used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited in the summer of 2017. Check engine light has already come on, also have to replace all spark plugs w I bought a used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee limited in the summer of 2017. Check engine light has already come on, also have to replace all spark plugs which comes with the vehicles maintenance. Just sucks that not even after a year of having it, it is already having many complications. I should say I bought it at 79k miles and has 94k miles. The service center I would say has been ok with diagnosing the vehicle. When the check engine light came on in October 2017 it was something to do with emissions. They told me the ESIM and purge line would need replacing. I did not it done since I didn’t have 700 dollars. Took it in recently, spark plugs where miss firing, understandable at the miliage on the vehicle, but I was told this time that it wasn’t the ESIM that needs replacement, only a simple purge hose or line. I also got my tires rotated five months ago while getting an oil change, but not balanced. So not knowingly the tires where getting worn down, until I took it in for the plugs. I told them the wheel was shaky when traveling at a high rate of speed, and last time all I had done was the tire rotation. The tire rotation should have come with the balance or at least suggested so that I knew that if I decided not to get it the tires balanced they would wear fast and I would have shakyness while driving at high speeds. ( high speeds meaning 65 on the highway). All in all the center is ok, probably could work on being personable with people not willing to have work done at such expensive prices. It is the dealership so high prices are expected. I guess just be more considerate when the customer decides not to get the work done there, and also give a better explanation of the diagnostic test since it was paid for. More

Even the basics are complicated Brought car in for a recall with appointment and was told 45 minutes but ended up taking well over 90 minutes. Lack of customer service Arrived and was left standing around not knowing what to do next. Had to ask to be helped. Terrible. Could care less about the customer. This place is like the DMV. Crowded, they advisors half pay attention to you and frequently interrupt your tondeal with something else. I asked them to look at several problems and all they did was hook the car up to a computer. It didn’t give them any errors so they said it was fine. When I asked if they actually tested what I told them was wrong, they once again repeated the computer told them it was fine. I asked them about another issue, they then asked me if the car came from their dealer, when I said no, they said take it back where you got it. These people are terrible. I will never spend another dollar at any Ourisman dealership. More
Terrible I had to show up three times for service in the first month in order to secure a loaner vehicle. then they kept my 2019 jeep for over two weeks and in I had to show up three times for service in the first month in order to secure a loaner vehicle. then they kept my 2019 jeep for over two weeks and in the end said they still couldn't figure out what the noise was and that I would just have to live with it. I have only had it for 1 month and had been trying to get service for over 3 weeks! In the meantime, I had to call several times for status, return to ride with the manager since the technician "couldn't hear the noise" and had to show up in person to get status. when I once called 2x asking for the service manager by name, they lied to me and said he wasn't in and wouldn't be back until Monday, but when I showed up in person - he was sitting right there. Their customer service was terrible and their service is terrible. My brand new jeep still has a noise and they won't address it. More
