Service manager lied to me Car has died completely 2 x and had to be towed in! Was told “we can’t find anything wrong with it” First time we’ve bought a Jeep & LAST time! You Car has died completely 2 x and had to be towed in! Was told “we can’t find anything wrong with it” First time we’ve bought a Jeep & LAST time! Your dealership should be embarrassed re the way we were treated! David assured me a loaner & the next day I was told to pick it up at 10 am.-he “was off that day” with zero arrangement for a loaner after I waited 1 2/2hrs in your waiting room, I was told to take my car! I plan to pursue this on the national level. Shame shame on you! More
