Horrible Customer Service When I purchased my vehicle from this dealership, I was satisfied and happy with my purchase. However, my experiences with the service department hav When I purchased my vehicle from this dealership, I was satisfied and happy with my purchase. However, my experiences with the service department have been declining every since. I purchased the Car Care Package which includes oil changes, tire rotations, and other recommended services. If I did not have this package, I would not continue taking my vehicle to this service department. More often than not, it takes the majority of the day regardless of what service I take the car in for (oil change, repair, you name it). They don't seem to think it is necessary to give you an approximate wait time and you can usually only find out the status of your car when you call or go ask at the desk after waiting several hours. Don't try to get in touch with someone in service (including a manager) unless you have time to sit on hold and/or to make multiple (sometimes 3-4 calls a day) to try to get connected to someone. Often times, you are told by the receptionist that they cannot get in touch with anyone and you are left to simply keep calling. The phone numbers on the website are not up to date to contact a manager or specific person. My car has been forgotten about when it was supposed to be getting a scheduled oil change (I waited and waited and then was told the mechanic had gone home for the day and didn't realize my car was waiting). Another time, I took my car in for an early morning appointment only to be told at the end of the day that it would be ready the next day. Mid-day the next day, when I called to check on it (3 phone calls before connecting to anyone), I was told the part wasn't coming in until the next day....still no guarantee it would be ready the next day either. Left again to wait and see. No one seems to ever think of doing the customer the courtesy of letting you know the status of your car when it is going to be delayed. My wife has also been told she can wait for her car, only to find out 4 hours later that they haven't even started on it. This seems to be a regular occurrence. If you do take your car in, make sure to ask for a time estimate as well as where your car is in line if you want to have any idea of how long it might take. In addition, they advertise that you will get a car wash every time you bring it in for your scheduled service (oil changes, etc. using the coupon book purchased with the car). My vehicle has been washed ONCE and I have had my car for 3 years. They also advertised that they would provide you with a loaner if your vehicle is going to take multiple days. Forget that...unless you want to beg and plead and then you might be lucky enough to be sent to the rental car company across the street. Completely dissatisfied. I expected more. More
Perpetual disappointment I have bought two cars from this dealership and I have had every service appointment at this dealership. I will not be using this dealership or service center going forward and I will not be buying Chrysler products going forward. The sales floor approaches you to rope you into a new car or lease every other time in there. O even fell for it once. I find the ongoing onslaught offensive and annoying. The service center is overpriced compared to non dealership mechanics. I assumed that risk because I thought that the dealership would be more trustworthy than a random mechanic. Not so. The service center issues coupons to draw customers into the service center, but it consistently either doesn’t honor those coupons at all or it uses an absurd list of restrictions and caveats that lessen the value of those coupons. When I address these issues, the staff has a difficult time justifying the misleading nature of those coupons. I’ve even had one staffer insinuate that I don’t understand because the “math is too complicated.” Did he think that since I’m a woman I can’t add and subtract? It was just a disappointing and infuriating experience. The combination of misleading sales and accounting practices in the service center and predatory sales practices in the showroom have really turned me off to this dealership and manufacturer. my husband and I won’t be spending any more dollars with either. The entire team, including both Phil Racey and Darele in the body shop, where great to work with. Great communication, very professional, informative, easy to talk to. They kept in touch with me every step of the way and the job came out great. I would highly recommend their shop to anyone! More
Best vehicle purchasing experience ever. I was greeted by Westley, who I think is a remarkable professional, I was sure I wanted a 2500 Ram; when I didn't see the trim I wanted on the lot, We I was greeted by Westley, who I think is a remarkable professional, I was sure I wanted a 2500 Ram; when I didn't see the trim I wanted on the lot, West conducted an inventory search. When I walked in the show room, I saw the 2019 RAM 1500, I was in love. It didn't have everything I wanted (Paint /Towing capacity) but it had everything I needed. after talking it over with Wet, I drove a 2500, did a comparison and knew the 1500 was the better vehicle for my immediate needs. Gary, came in with a reasonable price and we made the deal. This team was like a group of healthcare professionals; they appeared to be concerned about my needs/wants first and the deal second. their professional commitment to customer satisfaction compelled me to be committed to working the deal with them.
