Worse Place ever!!!! If there were an option for 0 or even negative stars they would get it. The following is the 1000 foot explanation of the horrible experience I ha If there were an option for 0 or even negative stars they would get it. The following is the 1000 foot explanation of the horrible experience I had. I paid to have rims powder coated they tried cheating me and doing a cheap paint job that scratched and chipped. Then a partial job only redoing two. I had to complain again to get the other two done. Once again I had to complain to get the 1st two redone completely. They lost my wheel caps and tried to claim I dropped the vehicle off without them. Went as far as to try and get a sales person to validate their story and was caught in a lie on speaker phone. And left their nasty rusty tools in the back of my vehicle ruining my carpet. the offered me two tanks of gas and a thorough cleaning. That does not make the headache right. They were patrinozing and at one point tried to justify all of the hassle with the fact that I got a good deal on the vehicle. I have been witness to a revolving door of customers complaining every time I have had to visit them. I had to call for updates on my vehicle on a regular basis. Unfortunately I was told if I don’t visit a Virginia Orsman my engine warranty is voided so I am stuck with them and their service. I had family and friends lined up to deal with them because my initial impression was far better than what it ultimately turned out to be. They for sure have changed their minds.... I wish I could attach pictures!!! More
