I’m an older single woman and have never bought a car by myself before. I was expecting attitude and a runaround; my experience was the opposite. I was greeted as I was walking around outside looking at the models. Charles introduced himself and asked me what I was looking for and WHY. He took time with me from the start. He LISTENED to me, and he couldn’t have been more respectful. He suggested a car, took me for a test drive & I fell in love. His great attitude was continued by the sales manager who offered me a great price and by the finance person Ibrahim who found me the exact warranty package that didn’t break my budget but met all my needs. Throughout the purchase process I felt respected, valued and understood. More

After purchasing my Jeep I decided to take it to the dealership for regular maintenance. I am so happy with that decision, they practically know me by name and take very good care of me and my Jeep whenever I go in. Not to mention I can usual call and get a same day appointment if needed! More

For starters - it took forever to check out. Credit card machine was not working and instead of Chris Morrison coming out to explain a solution - he sends casher clerk out to each time. The first solution was leaving our CC info with them and they would run it later. Are you kidding? Not too bright. I decided to just drive the vehicle to the SunTrust Bank to get cash. Well when I got in the car I noticed it was not washed. Requested a complimentary wash too with service writer, Mr. Navarro Ramirez. Why do we have ask for one? Who is inspecting cars to make sure no details are missed? Lastly, service writer just said car was done and did not explain the recall nor whether anything was done to the car. I was just left to figure it out on the receipt. In essence, I think the level of service you get is indictative of mgmt there. Bought the car there but regret not researching the svc dept first. Subpar at best. More

Ourisman Dis-Service Not only did they not do work that I over paid for they kept my car for over 2 full days to not do it. I currently need to find a shop to double check Not only did they not do work that I over paid for they kept my car for over 2 full days to not do it. I currently need to find a shop to double check the AIR BAG recall and replacement that they should have done because I don't have any confidence that they did it. POOR SERVICE is the motto and the service manager whom I talked to only once is on a whole new level of coward and who apparently has no idea what goes on in his shop. The service center never made any calls to let me know the status of my car and I had to call repeatedly to find out what was going on. The final insult was getting the car back dirtier than when I brought it in which was a nice touch. I couldn't bring myself to go back and give this crack team of fools the chance to correct the numerous errors. Should I find out that the AIR BAGS were not replaced I plan legal action. and I will be contacting DODGE corporate as a follow up. Sincerely, Patrick McGrath More
