It's not our fault, "faulty part on Chryslers behalf" Car started to experience same problems prior to repairs after 6 months of it just being repaired. Vehicle was towed in on SATURDAY to the dealer, called MONDAY was told it would be checked the next day. Never received a call back so called TUESDAY and was told the warranty on the repair will cover the cost of it being repaired and it should take 3-5 days. Called FRIDAY and was told the vehicle wouldn't be ready until MONDAY or TUESDAY of the following week. Received a call TUESDAY saying the car was ready. He also failed to return a single phone call after the service writer said he w The Service Manager, Mike Kentes was grossly rude and unprofessional. He also failed to return a single phone call after the service writer said he would call me and I left four messages in 6 days. Mike Kentes sated that "I need to plead my case with Chrysler." That is extremely unacceptable regarding a warranty issue on a 6 month old, $50,000+vehicle! I insisted to speak with his boss, Chris Morrison who eventually resolved the issue. Chris Morrison was very professional. However someone as rude and condescending as Mike Kentes dos not belong in a customer service capacity. More
