But then you were supposed to fix the rear damage via the insurance company and the front damage that was out of pocket. When I picked up the car, I found that you forgot to fix the front damage. At first you were going to make me rent a a car again for several days when you fixed the front that you forgot to do while you had my car for 3 days..A few hours later you called to say that you would pay for the rental car when I brought it back. I brought the car back the next week to fix the front damage but when I picked up the car 2 days later you had missed a scrape that was supposed to be fixed along with the other front damage. I was told if I brought it back the next week in the morning I would get my car back that afternoon. You did fix a rear dent gratis. I brought the car in the next week in the morning and got a shuttle ride to my work about a mile away. I called that afternoon since it was getting close to the end time but was told that the car would not be ready until the next day. That would have left me stranded without transportation for myself and my wife. You then offered to pay for a rental car again but could not arrange for me to get a ride to get the rental car and little time for me to get a taxi there before they closed. I got a ride from a friend and was able to get the rental car just as they were closing. I picked up my car the next day and noticed that you again had repaired another scratch gratis. It took three visits over three weeks to get the repairs done that could / should have been done in one visit. More

disappointed I brought my Jeep in to have it repaired. The check engine light had come on, and it was clearly not running properly based on the noise it made and I brought my Jeep in to have it repaired. The check engine light had come on, and it was clearly not running properly based on the noise it made and a regular borderline shut down while it idled. The mechanics based their entire analysis off of the JK code. At a cost of $1500 they replaced all the fuel injectors. The engine light went off so it must of been fixed right? About 8 days later the car started making the noise again. Then a large pop happened and the car sounded like a chopper. When I go to a mechanic, I want someone who gives some thought to the problem. Not someone who relies on a computer to tell them what's wrong with the car. A computer can only sense so much. In this case I was disappointed. More

Surprised at the things the tech missed. I have been getting my cars extended warranty work for sometime. The tech failed to secure a mounting bolt on right motor mount. He also failed to put plastic fastners back in the wheel well covers on BOTH sides. H said he was unable to duplicate a noise fron the rear on a test drive that I pointed out to him by pushing the vehical down with my hand on the trunk. I have been waiting almost two months for rear bushing and a drive shaft coupler. This is this first time I I have been disappointed with service at this location. More
