Awesome Service Center & Sales I initially came in the service center to get my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced for the 60K service. As I was there, I decided to check out the ne I initially came in the service center to get my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee serviced for the 60K service. As I was there, I decided to check out the new vehicles and what was available. I ended up purchasing a new 2018 Jepp latitude - 33 miles. Felt Excited, not happy with the finance associate but it gets better. Upon arriving on my street I heard a thump and the engine light came on. I immediately contacted my salesperson and they sent a tow truck and bought me a loaner. I was livid and felt stuck, I contacted the salesperson and told him not the get rid of my 2015, I wanted it back. I arrived at the dealership Tuesday morning feeling overwhelmed. I walked in and the salesperson meets me and said don't worry we will get this taken care of. I thought he meant they were going to fix the damaged 2018. Nope, that is not what he meant, they did everything possible to make this right. I left with a 2019 Jeep Cherokee fully loaded at the same contract price. Thumbs up to Ourisman CJD. The salles department is great but services and repairs are When I bought my jeep I made the horrible choice to add the maintenance plan, and now i am stuck with a horrible costumer services. In my last visit they rotate the tires but the car is now unbalanced and pulling over. The worst, they said i must change the key block because that part will showing some problem in the future. It was fine on my car, now i have trouble taking the key out!! In other words they convinced me a replace a working part for another wich i have problem.
