Loving my Purchase! I came to Ourisman originally in 2017 and purchased a 2017 Jeep Compass, I loved my car, but I needed something bigger for school. Once I came back in I came to Ourisman originally in 2017 and purchased a 2017 Jeep Compass, I loved my car, but I needed something bigger for school. Once I came back in 2018, I was greeted with and friendly hello and a smile by Muna. Throughout the process I had confusing ideas, but she stuck with me and was patient and helped me find the perfect car, a Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude. She was very nice and she made me feel like we were family. Every person I came into contact including Bernard Parker and Omar (dont remember his last name), made me feel wonderful and I look forward to seeing them in the future. Vehile at the body shop I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for left front-end accident damage repairs, the young lady at the front counter took my keys, contact information I brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee in for left front-end accident damage repairs, the young lady at the front counter took my keys, contact information and the insurance estimate emailed to me by the insurance company. .She then called car a rental to pick me up. A few days passed and haven't heard from the body shop I called spoke with Darrele Aspecto ;who assured me he would call me back with and update. Well he did not, so I drove over to check on things spoke with another service rep. that was very helpful he went through everything with me and called out Darrele who was extremely apologetic about not calling and arranging to walk around the vehicle to point things I may want to pay out of pocket for. Well after that encounter and further assurances from Darrele that he would call, one call to tell me my vehicle was in the paint shop.. Luckily I called the insurance company about the check before going to pick my vehicle up there was no record of it according to Darrele, only the email I forwarded to Darrele from the insurance company. Sloppy no follow-up with me the beginning and no follow-up with the insurance company before telling me my vehicle was ready. More

Incredibly Long await I had an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. I arrived on time and was told it would take 2 hours, however I ended up waiting 4 hours. Great place to buy a new RAM! I was contacted immediately by Samer after I had made an inquiry on Ourisman's website. When I got there, Samer welcomed me, I almost told him what I I was contacted immediately by Samer after I had made an inquiry on Ourisman's website. When I got there, Samer welcomed me, I almost told him what I wanted and then the fun began. We spent hours back and forth on the main lot and a satellite garage! I just couldn't make a decision. Through it all Samer had my back. He's patient and had a good sense of humor. He had keys all over his desk from all the running around back and forth. I finally found a RAM that I could lease and briefly live with. Very satisfied with the truly professional sales and finance (PR in the house) staff. I received excellent value for my trade (2017 Silverado) and a great deal on my 2019 RAM. Looking forward to a great relationship with this store! More

After speaking to a few friends and getting a very favorable referral from one who'd purchased her car from Ourisman of Alexandria, I decided to stop in to test drive a JEEP Compass I'd seen online. I was introduced to Bouba who would be my sales rep. He was AWESOME! This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and he was so knowledgeable and patient. I didn't feel cheated or pressured like at other dealerships. Bouba was sincere and really wanted to help me into that Compass! I will definitely refer others to Ourisman and Bouba! Thank you! More

Salesman and manager whose desks are by the door to the customer waiting area (Chris Algie, only slightly less so Gary Bearor) were the most immature, profane, disrespectful people I've ever seen working in a dealership and they clearly don't give a xxxx who hears them bad mouth customers, co-workers and even the owner of the dealership. Infuriating for me, I can only imagine how the customer they were bad mouthing within earshot probably felt. Those two should be fired. More
