If your dealership does not offer hassle free car washes, don’t advertise that. If you’re unsure of when I will receive payment to pay off a previous lease, do not tell me a made up date. I signed the contract for my new vehicle a month ago, there’s no reason why I still should be calling the Finance Department every day for an update on a small part of my contract. Theres no reason why I should have to come into the dealership and sign another contract for a mistake on your behalf. This will be my first and last vehicle from this dealership. I rated my experience with 2 stars because despite the dealers pushy personality, he was nice. And the Finance representative was very patient the day of purchase. However, after a month later, the contract I signed and thought was completed is not. I am still waiting on a check and instead of being contacted by the dealership, I have to call and pray that someone is “available.” More
