While I have only received one wash upon pickup and no vacuum of my vehicle, which is disappointing, I have never been disappointed by how I was treated. I also appreciate on this specific appointment the honesty of the service manager regarding what services I needed or did NOT need at this time. That created more trust on my part with this dealership. More

Customer Service I had my Jeep towed in last minute on a Saturday afternoon, knowing the dealership was about to close. I was treated with positive, friendly service. After taking my information and keys, I dropped the Jeep off and was told I would have a call first thing Monday morning. Monday came and the answer was delivered as promised. I appreciated the quickness in service, your vested interest in trying to get to the bottom of the problem with the Jeep, your diligence and overall empathy for the situation. You went above and beyond and it is extremely nice to know and trust that safety comes first with Lustine. Highly recommended and thanks for the great service! More

Vehicle misalignment addressed only after a bad review We took our Jeep into this dealership for three recall repairs. They had to order a part so we picked the vehicle up and while driving home, we notice We took our Jeep into this dealership for three recall repairs. They had to order a part so we picked the vehicle up and while driving home, we noticed that the steering wheel now was misaligned, and had to be turned to the 10 o’clock position to drive straight. My husband is very "in tune" with his Jeep; this is not something he would not have noticed before! We called the dealership immediately, and they said it was probably due to one of the recall repairs and they would take a look when we returned for the last repair. A few weeks went by with no phone call, so finally I checked and the part had arrived but no one had notified us. When we took the vehicle back, they reported that the previous recall repair was done correctly and the tires needed to be aligned, and that would be $119. They refused to back down EVEN THOUGH the problem started when the vehicle was under their care. This isn’t even logical; if it needed alignment, wouldn’t they have mentioned it when it was there for service? This was after we spent $50,000 a few months ago for a brand new Jeep and full maintenance plan. I am regretting that now, since I do not trust them to repair things properly and take responsibility for their work. We will never be taking our old Jeep there again. UPDATE: After posting my previous bad review, a manager contacted us immediately and was willing to perform the alignment that had been recommended for free. They attempted it and found that the vehicle's mechanism was too rusted to do it. I am glad they tried to make it right after the steering wheel misalignment appeared after their service, but I wish I hadn't had to post a bad review to get help. I'm still not sure what really happened, but I don't think it was their fault, just the response. More

Harry is the best service adviser i have dealt with. Although i purchased my chrysler 200 at another dealership, ive always taken it to Harry no matter where hes at.
