Over the years, I have heard some bad things about Lustine. I have had several dealings with them for Service on my 1995 Jeep Wrangler and have not had any issues with them. I think that they are too high, but then again, All dealers Labor charges are high. Other than that, I have no complaints regarding Lustine, so far. I spent 4.5 hours and $100 for nothing. I was the second customer to arrive this morning, the first weekday off in weeks. I identified three things I needed done. Alignment and tire rotation, perform scheduled emissions maintenance, and diagnose the check engine light that was on. Their alignment machine was out of order and they spent 4 hours on diagnostics, just to tell me they would need me to bring it back in and leave it for a few days so they could determine if the repairs would be covered by warranty; no loaner available. Then they took another 0.5 hour to give me my bill. Half of my day gone and my truck is no better off. More
I had a great service experience at Lustine Dodge in Woodbridge. Shahzad turned a very frustrating time into a manageable one. When you come in for scheduled maintenance and get hit with $2,000 in repairs and over 6 hours in the shop your never happy. However Shahzad kept me well informed and helped me price out and work out a manageable solution. Even when I was leaving I noticed that the shop had warped one of my hub caps Shahzad worked on a solution for me. He looked for the mechanic and could not locate him. He took a picture of it/ took my information and said he would speak with his manager get a new one ordered and schedule a time for me to come in to get it resolved. I am 20 years old so $2,000 is an astronomical expense for me but Shahzad kept me as happy as possible and did everything in his power to keep me happy. He is the definition of what customer service should be. More
My recent visit to Lustine was for service on our Dodge Grand Caravan; that day I had taken the Caravan to a service/inspection station for its annual inspection, to be followed by an oil change in prepara Grand Caravan; that day I had taken the Caravan to a service/inspection station for its annual inspection, to be followed by an oil change in preparation for an upcoming road trip. The station failed the vehicle because the 3rd brake light was out; I asked for the cost to replace the bulb inorder to complete and pass the inspection. The gave me an exhorbant price to replace a mere bulb, and they didn't even have the part available, which means I would have to leave my vehicle with them. I was more than angry and felt like I was being ripped off. I called my husband and he told me to call Lustine for pricing to replace the bulb. I called Lustine, spoke with Shahzad, got a price about 80% less than what the service station wanted to charge and he said he would take care of it right away. I left there and went immediately to Lustine. Shahzad greeted me at the door, got the vehicle in and I told him since I was there, could he take care of the oil change and get the vehicle ready for a road trip. His answer, no problem. The service techs did their thing; discovered another minor issue, informed me of it, laid out my options and price, to which I had them go ahead and take care of that issue as well. I was extremely pleased with the service and care that the Lustine personnel afforded to myself and my vehicle and felt extremely comfortable and satisfied with this service experience. We have been Lustine Dodge customers for at least 8 years and will continue to be part of the Lustine family; just two weeks ago we bought our daughter her first car from Lustimne Toyota! More

I recently bought a 2012 Chrysler Town & Country. I bought it in early March 2012. I took it in for service because I had various concerns over the performance of the vehicle. Vicki Koons was my servic bought it in early March 2012. I took it in for service because I had various concerns over the performance of the vehicle. Vicki Koons was my service writer. She patiently listened to my concerns and wrote down the information that I was concerned about and scheduled my appointment. WhenI took my vehicle in for the appointment, Vicki had the transmission specialist go for a test drive with me. I felt comfortable with him and he quickly diagnosed the problem. He identified that "in city" driving needed to be done without the economy mode on. The economy mode changed the shifting pattern with stop and go driving. It is designed for highway travel. Vicki called me when the vehicle was completed being reviewed for all my concerns. While Vicki may not have "fixed" all the problems personally, I felt like she over saw the processing of my vehilcle. My vehicle worked better than when I drove it off the lot. Vickis' listening to my concerns and putting them in writing to the mechanics in their language led to the success of my being completely satisfied with the service. I have been driving for over 50 years and feel this dealership has one of the best service writers I have ever dealt with. I didn't feel like an "old foggy" being pacified. Vicki was truely concerned over my worries and made me feel like someone cared. More

Recently the window liners to my soft top Jeep were stolen while watching a movie. I drove to Lustine Dodge Jeep Dealership to order the window liners. My intent was not to purchase a New Jeep. When I first arrived I was in the process of filling out a Police Report telephonically and inadvertantly parked in the service driveway. Herb Williams was the first salesman to approach me and advised me that I could park to the side. I mentioned to him that I was in the process of filing a report and he just waited. Even though unbeknowns to me at that time, I was parked in area blocking Lustine Dodge Jeep's service drive I was allowed to take care of my business. I then parked my Jeep in a designated area and finally had the opportunity to ask for the service department. Herb was very helpful and advised me that he would help me. After discussing the options, I was convinced that buying a New Jeep was my better option. If it had not been for Herb's sense of professionalism and genuine caring I would not have purchased a New Jeep. When my family and I walked out of the dealership with our keys to our New Jeep, I was very greatful that Herb was our salesman and I knew that he really cared.
