When I questioned it the explanation was that the value priced rotors was backlogged and they couldn't get it. I checked the price of the part number after betting the bill. They put on the cheaper part but billed me for the performance. I was fortunate that I complained enough that I got a refund. Additionally, I asked to speak to the GM and was told he was really busy... thanks to them posting his picture on the website I was able to see him sitting with sales people talking and laughing for the 15 minutes we waited for the refund. More
Jeep Service I purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee 2014 and have had constant issues with the GPS, U-Connect, Radio, Heater, Camera unit. After at least a half do I purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee 2014 and have had constant issues with the GPS, U-Connect, Radio, Heater, Camera unit. After at least a half dozen visits and hours waiting the unit was replaced in Nov 2016. The new unit has the same issues Lustine explained they would not provide me a second unit ever though it was still under warranty. After another half dozen visits they agree to replace the unit. That was in early April, now I am told there are six on back order (other owners are having the same issues), Jeep HQ has a separate telephone number for the defective unit, there are so many complaints. Now, I have been told by Lustine the six units are on back order and they don't know when they will arrive. Without the units all of the above mentioned doesn't work. I write this complaint not only for me but for many other Jeep owners! I filed a complaint with Better Business this morning. More

Do not bring your car here for service I brought my car here to get my brakes replaced and check out a funny noise that my engine was making. So after a week had passed by I called in to see if they could what was making the noise in my engine, and they tell me that they are still looking for it, I had also asked them if they had fixed my brakes and rotors, and they tell me that they had already put on the new brakes and rotors for my vehicle. So at this point everything seemed ok. So after another two weeks pass by I decide to give them another call, and they still couldn't find out what was wrong with my vehicle, at his point I'm kinda getting worried about everything all together but I still let them (supposedly) work on my car. So I decided to wait another week, and at this point a month had passed by I called them again to see if they had any answers on the problem of my vehicle, Vicki (the lady that answered the phone) tells me that while they were trying to take my wheel off to change the rotors, (the same rotors that they had told me that they had replaced a month ago) I needed new bolts and that it would cost me an additional $300. At this point I had to get away from them, they lied and nothing got done. More

Service or Lack of.. It has taken me almost a year to get a recall problem taken care of. Even getting an appointment is close to impossible. I finally made an appointment and I left my car at 3:15 yesteray afternoon with a request that I needed it back this afternoon. When I was finally able to get hold of my service rep at 5:50 pm, she said that the technicians had all gone home and not only had they not found the problem I took it in for, but the recall was not done as well. Last time I took my Grand Caravan in for the recall and oil change, they had me sit for over 2 1/2 hours before telling me they did not even have the part I needed for the recall. Once I get my car back from them I will never go there for service again and I will NEVER buy a Dodge again. They are shorthanded and could not care less about customer service. I've put in serveral calls to the head of the Lustine Dealership and he is always unavailable and has never returned a phone call. I guess the service is about as attentive as the leadership is! More
Excellence Joey Molica is an excellent service adviser, he was very helpful during the whole process of replacing my brakes and rotors while under warranty and o Joey Molica is an excellent service adviser, he was very helpful during the whole process of replacing my brakes and rotors while under warranty and offered me a shuttle to get me home. the shuttle was running 2 hours behind because they went to the wrong address of another employee to pick them and were behind schedule. Joey kept me updated and gave me a 10% discount on my oil change and tire rotation that i was getting done on my car at the same time. it is that type of service that keeps me going back to Lustine dodge for 10 years now.
