Fair enough-ish.. For some reason I've always struggled when taking my car in for service. But the second time was a nightmare. I was scheduled for the wrong day. My ve For some reason I've always struggled when taking my car in for service. But the second time was a nightmare. I was scheduled for the wrong day. My vehicle was kept for a month, after I was told that it would take a week, because of a back order on a part causing my airbag light to go off. I struggled to get an extension on the loaner vehicle and had to deal with a case manager at Chrysler to even get an extension. Furthermore, I had to drive from MD (where I currently reside) to VA to exchange the loaner for a rental, and guess what? THEY LET ME KEEP THE SAME CAR I WAS ALREADY IN! Yes, I drove from MD to VA for them to just let me keep the car I was already in. No papers to sign, no ID check, no credit card. ( everything was already in the system from when I took out the loaner). After 3 weeks my car was "ready for pick up" ; I pick up my vehicle and the airbag light goes off!!! No one was able to verify that my issue was not solved, even after being called and told that my car was ready. I had to leave my car in for another week, while another part was ordered. Unfortunately, this place is not diligent at all, and its communication and logistics are far worse than suspected. More

Navigation System not Working -- Service Rep Braynt Jones 2014 Ram 1500 Add on: Navigation System Backup Camera Trailer Brake It is extremely rare for me to write reviews but my experience with Lustin 2014 Ram 1500 Add on: Navigation System Backup Camera Trailer Brake It is extremely rare for me to write reviews but my experience with Lustine Chrysler Dodge Jeep Service department is by far the best experience I have ever had trouble shooting a problem. I took my truck in because the Navigation System was not working, Bryant got me in as soon as I arrived and had the technician to start trouble shooting the problem. Bryant came back to me about an 1 hour later and told that they think it was the radio unit needed to be replaced. So they put one on order and sent me home. Bryant kept me updated constantly of the status of the order. The radio came in and we scheduled a time for me to drop my vehicle off and they got me a rental for the day. Couple days later Bryant called and said that my truck was ready. I picked up the truck and on the way home tried the Nav System it was still was not working. So I turned around and went back to the the dealership, Bryant was very remorseful and apologetic and ensured me that we would get to the bottom of it. It was the holidays so I decided to schedule another time to drop my truck off after the holidays. I dropped the truck off and got another rental car for about a week, they replaced the Navigation antenna and that didn't work. The only other thing to do was replace the radio again. But in order to do that the Chrysler Regional Technician would need to validate the issue. So they had to schedule a time to bring the truck back to when the regional technician was there. Bryant kept me informed weekly while we waited for the Regional Tech to be available. Finally, got a call from Bryant and we set a time for me to drop the truck off again. The Service Manager wanted me to drop it off a day early so that he could come familiar with the issue. During his evaluation he found that when the Back-up Camera was disconnected that the Nav System worked fine. So they called Lustine Toyota, right next door, to schedule a time for the technician who installs all the after market back up cameras, unfortunately the technician was on vacation. They put me in contact with the Lustine Toyota Server Lane Manager Thomas Ramey to schedule a time for me to have the technician who installed the Backup Camera. All in all Bryant kept me well informed of the status of everything that been going on with my truck. He truly wants his customers to happy with their service. I would highly recommend this service department. More

72,000 mile Service I brought my Town and Country in for routine maintenance 72,000. I have a Service contract and bring in my van every 8,000 miles to follow the mainten I brought my Town and Country in for routine maintenance 72,000. I have a Service contract and bring in my van every 8,000 miles to follow the maintenance plan. This time I was told I needed my transmission flushed, fuel line flushed and brake lines flushed. None of these were on my maintenance schedule. I was told that I at least needed to have the transmission to keep my warranty coverage. The car is used by my wife and we do not use it for towing or anything strenuous. I agreed and paid for the transmission service,. 3 days after the service my check engine light came on for the first time ever and will be serviced Friday 10 Feb at 0700. More
Cheating! I came for an oil change and multi-point inspection for my vehicle with 40k miles. Service advisor Harry Stein came up with the list of repairs to be done: rear rotors pitting and rusting, causing pads to wear unevenly ($627.43), Brake flush (139.39), Fuel induction service: Clean carbon build up inside of heads (194.95), engine and cabin air filters (expected those). He warned me that it is dangerous to drive and this repair is very important to perform as it is a safety issue. I got really surprised by damaged rotors and, because I live close by, I decided to talk with my husband. He said it didn't sound right for such a low mileage vehicle to have rotten rotors and he suggested me to go to another dealership for the second opinion. I made an appointment for multi-point inspection in another dealership, who found only cabin and engine filters had to be replaced, on top of that i ordered state inspection to be performed, which passed and all vehicle checkup marks were green. Total bill was $112 instead of over 1K. Sorry for the long story, but be aware! I consider service advisor Harry Stein had an attempt to steel and I think he damaged the reputation of all dealership. I will never go to this dealership and will tell my friends too. 0 More
Waste of time! I'm actually here at the dealer writing this as I continue to wait for my truck. Once again, I had an appointment for service, 40,000 mile and an oil change. I specifically asked and the woman who scheduled it said it would be 90 minutes. The appointment time was 8 a.m., I was here promptly at 8 a.m., it is not 11:51 a.m. and I am still here. Every other appointment I've had here has been at least 4 hours. Last check they are still working on it and it will still be a while, but they could provide no timeframe. I can't believe I almost considered a trade in for a new truck here on the lot. With exception to the pre-paid service plan I have on my truck, I will not do any more business with this dealership. I don't know how it can remain in business with so many negative reviews. I will say, Chuck was a nice guy to work with regarding a potential trade in. More
