Hi Ms Browne, As we talked about, we would like to make you a satisfied customer. You mentioned that a brake sensor may be the culprit causing the cruise control not to work. I spoke with Kevin at Rte. 1 Pontiac GMC and he informed me that this is a common cause for that and to fix it would cost just under $200. I am authorized by Mike Engle the General Manager at Lustine to refer you to Kevin at Rte 1 Pontiac GMC. I understand that they are convenient to you. His number is 703-494-7121. Please call him and arrange a convenient time to bring your car to him. I have instructed him to bill us for the first $200. That is, if it is the break sensor, Lustine will pay for the repair. If its not that, he will call me once he knows exactlly what it is, and then we can make a more informed remedy. Again, it is our intention to prove our commitment to your satisfaction. I apologize for not seeing this sooner, but your claims are alarming and very disturbing. I pride myself on my integrity, and I do not remember this incident at all.
