Currently, we own 2006 Town and Country. This is our third Van. I have had few problems with it and have taken it to other dealers in the area, I was not happy with their service and their honesty. Finally, took it to Lustine about a year ago and found Troy Robb, a good, honest and sincere Service writer. Troy has provided exceptional service with honesty and integrity. I actually was thinking about trading the Van especially when the wife lost all the keys, I called Troy, he said: no worry, I will take care of it, he took his time to cut new keys off the VIN, program them in no time and gave us 4 new keys. Troy Robb is a man I can trust. To sum it up, it has been pleasure working with him. He has done great job each and every time I took the van in for service. He is an asset to Lustine! More
This was the most professional, friendliest, energetic, comfortable car dealership that I have ever been in! Gabe was very energetic and it seemed as though we knew each other for years. Throughout the entire process he talked and played with my two sons and made my entire family feel comfortable. I will definitely come back to gabe for future purchases. He has a life long customer in myself and my family, Jason came over and gave u the numbers and wa understanding of our situation and needs and I'd more than necessary to accommodate us, no other sales manager would ever go as far as he did to get the deal done. Hr was also very good to work with. The entire time, mike engle was behind the deal and allowing his staff to work with us with interference only when asked, he was more than cordial, I cant understand why every dealership does not hire someone with as much moral integrity and as ethically sound as Mr. Engle. The way that he has this dealership working is amazing and sets the standard for what every dealership should be, but them again, this is what sets Lustine dodge apart and above every pterosaur dealership in my opinion. A business is not made by the owner or the manager, but by the employees. In this case, the employees male Lustine Dodge as successful as it is! I always hated buying a car and the whole process, but I now have renewed faith. Finally, Miss Brandy in finance. She put up with me tryig to haggle her for a few bucks and got it done to here everyone was happy and I think we actually came out a little further ahead in the long run, but never once did I feel like anyone was trying to "stick" us. I honestly beleive that these guys and gals at Lustine Dodge care about the community am the people in it. I cam honestly say that I will never use another dealer, and I hope to make some friends at this location, it was the BEST car buying experience I have ever had! I am going to recommend Lustine Dodge to everyone I know who is in the market to buy a new or used car! Thank you, Gabe, Jason, Brandy, and Mike. My wife and I purchased a used Ford Escape on 11/08/11 from this dealership. We had done some shopping around for a while and decided to casually 'scan' through this dealership as a last step before picki from this dealership. We had neither read reviews nor heard anything about this dealership. When we walked in, my initial impression of the salesman we met was excellent; Marc Antoni (the salesman) was very warm, knowledgeable and overall very friendly. But I thought to myself, 'frontline workers such as sales personnel are trained to be just that, as a business strategy', so I would wait to 'see' what the other part of the transaction would taste like. After what I think is a long negotiation period I finally had to give in to a price that they had immoveably stuck to. Well, the price I finally got was a little higher than what I had hoped for but I guess it's ok. Throughout the transaction Marc Antoni continued to be excellent with human relations etc. At the finance office Brandi was very courteous and friendly. She gave me a deal that was great. Much better than I originally expected.I'd usually scrutinize paper work before appending my signature but that day I just couldn't keep up with the volume of fine print.After a little sleep over I had to return to do some fine tunning to my paper work. Brandi was very understanding which I very much appreciate. I'd say my impresion of this dealership's human relations and services is excellent. Thank you Brandi and thank you Marc Antoni. Also Mike Traish. I had a brief but very pleasant encounter with him when I returned to have my car computer reset to clean off what they said was a false message on the screen. He was so quick, very courteous and overall very professional. Within minutes the job was done and I was on my way. Thank you Mike Traish, and thank you to the man who drove the vehicle to be fixed.(sorry i don't remember his name). My transaction with them isn't ended yet. I still have to fix some add-ons to the car so I'll reserve my final impresssion till after that. Though this is my initial impression, so far I think their human relations is very good, and their services too. More
My wife and I were recently shopping around for a newer mini van. We have owned 2 prior and knew that we wanted to stay with Dodge. On November 9th we arrived at Lustine to check on a van that we looked at a few days later. It unfortunetly was sold so we test drove a 08 Grand Caravan. Carlos was very patient with my wife and I due to the nature of the price of the van. After hours of negotiation we were able to agree on a price. The only complaint that I have is like another review that I read Lustine Dodge is very strict with internet pricing and wont really budge of vehicle price but did help out with other fees that we were not charged for. Mike W was super friendly and at one point came to play with my 9 month old son who was getting very cranky. Thank you Mike. When the transaction was finally made about 6 hours later and I had the KEY to my new van in hand, I was kinda disappointed that we only got one key. I have 3 kids and my wife is always misplacing her keys so when I asked about the 2nd key I was told I get what they get. So now after spending over 17K at there dealership we will have to pay to have another key made which I was told will cost anywhere from $125-$250 dollars. Also the listing noted that floor mats come with the vehicle and we received no floor mats (not a huge deal but we were expecting floor mats). Overall I would recommend Lustine to friends and family. Thank you Lustine and we will see you in 3-5K miles for our oil change. More

I purchase a 2010 Hyundia Sonta on 11/5/11 & my salesman was Mr.Lemuwa,whom I was very pleased with. My wife called me about 5:22pm on 11/7/11 informing me that there was fluid leaking from under t salesman was Mr.Lemuwa,whom I was very pleased with. My wife called me about 5:22pm on 11/7/11 informing me that there was fluid leaking from under the car & something had to be done asap, due to the need of the car in the morning. I contacted the dealership and spoke to Mr. Traish & made him aware of the situation & how displeased I was, he assured me that he understood & had the car tow in & was prepared to give me a loaner car if need be. I was on the road at the time, but when I arrived at the dealership, Mr.Traish had the car & a mechanic checking it out, but couldn't find any problem or leaks.After calling my wife & discussing it with her I came to the decision, that she had put us all on a wild goose chase. I apologized to Mr.Traish & the mechanic & assured them that I will never listen to a woman again,but will check things out for myself first, they said tha they understood. This action of Mr. Traish spoke volume to me & I will highly recommend this dealership to my friends & family, because far as I am concern you are the best. More
