We arrived at the dealership and was met by Herb Williams in the parking lot. He helped us with our infant son and etc getting out of the mini van. So we started looking for another car or etc. During the car searching process he was really understanding about what we were looking for. We were shown many makes and sizes of cars/turcks on this day. No matter what we said he never got aggravetd or etc. Finally the wife picked a 2011 Dodge Cabiler off the showroom floor. After Herb finished the paperwork we were sent to Don Winstead for all the bank paperwork or etc. Don was very friendly and patient with us. He punched in and tried different things if the payment was something we counldnt afford or wasnt in our budget range. We talked about our families and kids. This made us feel like we were right at home. We enjoyed the time spent at the dealership with these 2 guys. They were really professional at times and other times were like part of our family. The only things I wasnt satsified with was driving an hour and half for a car that was listed on the internet and to find out when i get at the dealership it wasnt there.The other thing was "Newbe" told us it would donly take a few hours to apply the E.P.P. stuff when I came down on Sat. Then come to find out when I get there on Sat it takes a little more than 4 hours.I even told her I had to be back to get my wife by 3pm that day and she said I would be back in time to get her. If so then why did she have rental assigned to me? On Saturday when I arrived at service dept I was sent to the Service Writer guy and I forgot his name, but he was the young by the bay doors. He was really friendly and I told him my situation and he said he would fix the problem for me. He promised me I would be home in time to get my wife from work. He kept his promise and my car was finished in time for me to get my wife from work. Please make sure these three guys get credit for making my experinence an enjoyable one. More

Mento Long was an outstanding salesman. He was very patient and professional, knew all the particular attributes of the Dodge Charger, and exceptionally helpful and customer-focused. My wife needed a great deal of time to decide on the purchase and we visited at least three times. A higher-level manager tried to rudely pressure her to immediately purchase which turned off my wife. Thru it all Mento was the consummate professional, helpful on the phone, willing to take time with us on a 2d test drive, and never appeared to lose his patience thru this long process. We ended up purchasing the Dodge Charger RT Max and am very satisfied. When I picked up the license plate at the dealership Mento saw me and offered to immediately put the plates on. He proceeded to do so, and if I am in the market for another car, or have friends interested in a Dodge, I'll have them see MENTO ONLY! There need to be more professional car salesmen like Mento! Jennifer always greets me with a smile...and is not bad to look at either! Seriously, I have never felt like I was taken advantage of at this dealership. I honestly do not feel that they tack on other gimmicks or un-needed preventative maintenance. Most recently, I took my car in for the regular oil change. Along with this, I wanted them to "flash" new firmware in my Durango. See, my power rear hatch stopped working (never miss this unless you have it and lose it). I called the Dodge customer care line and was pointed to a blog that told specifically that a flash to my car would resolve this issue. When I went in to see Jennifer, I mentioned that I wanted this done. She did not try to oversell me, but took my word as gospel, charged me the $50 fee, and that was it! Luckily, the flash did fix the problem. This is one dealership that I do not mind sending my wife to alone, as I do not feel that they would take advantage of her. Another recent encounter was when my Nav DVD quit working. It costs $200 for a new CD, but I didn't want to spend that money unless I knew for sure it was the DVD and not the actual player. When I explained this to the parts manager, he simply unwrapped a DVD to try it out in my car before I purchased it. Lucky for me that it was the DVD and not the player, so I gladly purchased the DVD and was on my way. Last mention of kudo's is to the section where you pay for your servicing. The girl who works this section is always fun to deal with. She has a pleasant and joking attitude- a great personality for a front line employee. All in all, other than the location being somewhat in the hood, I would highly reccommend this dealership to anyone and I do plan on buying my next vehicle here (hopefully a new Challenger!!!). More
