Went in not sure what I wanted. Maxi was exceptionally easy to work with. No pressure, hard sell just lots of patience. Test drove several Chrysler 300 cars and ended up with the one I wanted. I looked into Lustine Dodge in Woodbridge after my horrible experience from Safford Dodge in Springfield. Lustine Dodge in Woodbridge did an excellent job with customer service. When I arrived to Lu horrible experience from Safford Dodge in Springfield. Lustine Dodge in Woodbridge did an excellent job with customer service. When I arrived to Lustine, I was greeted by Herb Williams. He did an excellent job showing me around various Dodge Challenger SRT8s and also allowing me to test drive the vehicle I wanted. The rest of the staff is also very friendly and helpful. Kudos to Lustine Dodge in Woodbridge. I highly recommend this dealership. More
My wife and I purchased a used car from Lustine Chrysler Dodge Jeep. According to them, the dealership limited warranty still exists for this car. We have this in writing at time of purchase. Now fast fo Dodge Jeep. According to them, the dealership limited warranty still exists for this car. We have this in writing at time of purchase. Now fast forward a few months, and a problem is found on the car during a routine oil change at Lustine. We were told by the Service Department to go to the Dealership to get this fixed since the car was still under warranty. When we went to the Dealership, we were told that the warranty is void because Lustine worked on the car to try to fix something in the past (instead of going to the Dealership to get it fixed)...prior to Lustine selling it to us! My wife and I have worked with Lustine to try to get them to honor the limited warranty that they said was still valid at time of sale by paying for the repair work at the dealership. There has been one nice person trying to help us at Lustine- Jennifer in the Servicing Department. She has all of this information and documentation about the history of the car. But she apparently does not have the power to make decisions. Everyone else at Lustine has been extremely rude and unhelpful. And many phone calls to Lustine have been unanswered. I am still waiting to receive a phone call from Mike Engle, the General Manager, to resolve this situation. According to one of his colleagues, he was supposed to call me back over an hour ago. I still haven't heard from him. Whenever he calls me back, I hope he can provide better customer service than some of his other colleagues... More
I came to Lustine initially looking for a new mid-size SUV. I was deciding between a Chevy Equinox and a Dodge Journey so after visiting the Chevy dealership multiple times I decided to visit Lustine once SUV. I was deciding between a Chevy Equinox and a Dodge Journey so after visiting the Chevy dealership multiple times I decided to visit Lustine once more just to be sure I had made my mind up. I loved the LUX model they had displayed in the showroom but didn't love the price. After a brief talk with Ralph (a very friendly sales associate) we both came to the conclusion there was no way I was getting that particular car for what I was willing to pay. So I left and headed back to the Chevy dealership to purchase the Equinox. I purchased the Equinox that same day and because it was a special order it was scheduled to be delivered the following evening. The next afternoon, Ralph called me back to invite me back in to see if we could "work something out" but I had already bought the Equinox at this point so I thanked him and left it at that. Well, upon picking up the Equinox hours later I discover that it is NOT what I ordered. I will spare all the drawn out details of my anger with the Chevy dealership but I ended up returning the Equinox and calling Ralph back (almost in tears) hoping there was something he could do. He actually came to pick me up from the Chevy dealership, brought me into Lustine, and (several long hours later) I ended up with the Dodge Journey I really wanted and at a price I am happy with. EVERY single person at Lustine was incredibly helpful, cordial, and kind to me (especially after hearing my fiasco story!). From the maintenance people who cleaned the car for me to the finance people to other associates walking by, EVERYONE was extremely courteous. Although, the process of buying a new car was slightly more stressful than I anticipated, it was well worth it thanks to the staff at Lustine. I have my new Journey now and I am absolutely in love with it (way more than I ever liked the Equinox!). I would recommend this dealership to any and everyone. More
Everyone was very freindly and helpful. Hugo was one of the best salesman I have ever dealt with and the sales manager was awesome. Don was very helpful in explaining extra service programs. I feel I got a the best salesman I have ever dealt with and the sales manager was awesome. Don was very helpful in explaining extra service programs. I feel I got a great deal. The only issue I had was I obtained my own financing two days after purchasing and was told it was too late to stop the dealership financing. More
I purchased a 2011 Jeep Wrangler in August 2011 (approximately 4 months ago) from Lustine Dodge Jeep in Woodbridge, Virginia. Unfortunately the vehicle had a leak issue that the dealership took ca (approximately 4 months ago) from Lustine Dodge Jeep in Woodbridge, Virginia. Unfortunately the vehicle had a leak issue that the dealership took care of for me. After several visits to the Service Department, which by the way is great to deal with, I still was not happy with the vehicle. Lustine Dodge Jeep did not manufacture the Jeep, however, you could tell they took pride in the vehicles they sold and serviced. I went into the dealership last Wednesday to pick up a parking pass that I accidentally left in a loaner vehicle and was approached by General Manager Mike Engle. Mike took the time out of his busy day to bring me into his office and talk about my issue - for the record I used to work at a Jeep dealership and for a Wednesday, Lustine reminded of a busy Saturday when I used to sell cars! Mike, along with Jason Dill, proceeded to tell me that they were tired of seeing me not happy with the Jeep that I purchased from Lustine. Mike told me that he would sell me either a new or used vehicle at employee pricing, and would give me more for my trade-in than they normally did. They called in a salesman by the name of Ron Boston. My first impression of Ron was that you could tell he really enjoyed his job at Lustine. Ron was very professional and courteous to deal with. Though he knew that I would be getting an employee pricing deal through Mike and Jason, he was attentive when showing me several vehicles and respected my time when I needed to leave to go to work. Ron gives you his full attention when you are his customer, and that was actually told to him by another customer who was sitting nearby. I decided to look at used vehicles when I could not decide on a new one. Once again Mike stepped in and told Ron to show me a 2007 Jeep Wrangler Sahara that was just traded in. Well long story short, this is the vehicle that I ended up purchasing from Lustine. The entire purchasing process was painless!! John O'Bannon in finance was also a pleasure to deal with. Like Ron, he respected my time and knew that I had to leave the dealership at a certain time to be at work on time. Mike Engle and his staff at Lustine Dodge Jeep in Woodbridge, Virginia have really left a positive lasting impression on me. I have already told this story to numerous friends who knew what I was going through with my other jeep. I NOW have a smile on my face when I drive my Jeep Saraha and when I have to make that monthly payment. I highly recommend this dealership and even though there are numerous Dodge and Jeep dealerships in the Washington D.C. area, Lustine Dodge Jeep is worth driving by the others!! Always great service! Troy and his team go the extra mile. Every month for the last year, I have made a trip to Alabama to help take care of my terminally ill father. I would take my van in for servic mile. Every month for the last year, I have made a trip to Alabama to help take care of my terminally ill father. I would take my van in for service prior to each trip. In September, I was loaded and ready to head to Alabama, but my van wouldn't start. I called on Troy and his team, they resolved my issue and made my life less stressful during a difficult time. It's that kind of customer service that keeps me coming back to Lustine. More
I rated the overall experience as good, but that is because of my difficulty with signing up to spend so much money on a vehicle, and not anything I experienced at Lustine. They were great! I would c because of my difficulty with signing up to spend so much money on a vehicle, and not anything I experienced at Lustine. They were great! I would certainly return for future purchases and would recommend Lustine Chrysler Dodge Jeep to others. Thank you. I had researched the purchase of a 2011 or 2012 crossover SUV for about six months. We considered the Buick Enclave, the GMC Acadia, Chevy Traverse and Tahoe, Mazda CX9, Toyota Highlander, Kia Sorento, and Ford Explorer. We test drove the Mazda CX9, Toyota Highlander, and the Dodge Durango. My wife eliminated most of the others prior to test driving and I eliminated a few too. We fell in love with the Durango. It is our third Chrysler product. We have had two Dodge Grand Caravans and kept the second one with 130K miles for our son to borrow. We liked the new Durango body style and the fact that it was brand new and would not be redesigned for a few years at least. I was planning to purchase a 2011 Citadel at the end of the model year, but had difficulty finding a V6 without any options. I wanted all the "bells and whistles" in the Citadel, but had to keep the price as low as possible. I inquired several times about vehicles in Lustin's inventory, but was unable to pull the trigger. Mento kept in contact with me via email and phone and when I discovered a silver Citadel on thier web page with a $5K discount I felt like they were in my range to make a deal. I visited the showroom at 1:00 on a Saturday afternoon, and took delivery at 5:00. I was pleasantly greeted by two gentlemen as I arrived with my son. One offered to get Mento while we examined the Durangos on the lot. Mine was not there. I was informed that Mento was out at their other lot picking up a Durango that I assumed was mine. He returned to inform me that the battery was dead and he was sending a mechanic out to jump it. I suggested we begin the paperwork while waiting. Mento pleasantly capture my information and explained their process to me. We discussed a little football, he offered both my son and me somehing to drink, and my son a spare desk on which to do his homework. He presented my info to the General Sales Manager, Jason Dill. Mento came back with their initial offer, which was the discounted price from the web page. I made a counter offer. While Jason was working the counter offer, the Durango arrived. Mento took my son and me outside and explained just about everything about the vehicle, much of which I knew because of my research. We went for a test drive and I was not disapointed. When we returned, Jason made another offer, I offered to split the difference, Jason came back with another offer, I added $200 dollars to my slpit the difference offer and the deal was struck. Mento offered to have the car prepared for delivery (wash, wax, interior cleaning, full tank of gas, etc.) while I discussed dealer add-ons and financing with Don, who was also very pleasant, a fellow Baltimorean and Ravens fan. We completed the paperwork in about an hour and I was able to return home in time to make it to 5:30 mass. Thank you. More
We arrived at the dealership and was met by Herb Williams in the parking lot. He helped us with our infant son and etc getting out of the mini van. We had searched the internet pior to arriving at Lustine. W in the parking lot. He helped us with our infant son and etc getting out of the mini van. We had searched the internet pior to arriving at Lustine. We found a car we wanted, but wasnt available when we arrived at the dealership. So we started looking for another car or etc. During the car searching process he was really understanding about what we were looking for. We were shown many makes and sizes of cars/turcks on this day. No matter what we said he never got aggravetd or etc. Finally the wife picked a 2011 Dodge Cabiler off the showroom floor. After Herb finished the paperwork we were sent to Don Winstead for all the bank paperwork or etc. Don was very friendly and patient with us. He punched in and tried different things if the payment was something we counldnt afford or wasnt in our budget range. We talked about our families and kids. This made us feel like we were right at home. We enjoyed the time spent at the dealership with these 2 guys. They were really professional at times and other times were like part of our family. The only things I wasnt satsified with was driving an hour and half for a car that was listed on the internet and to find out when i get at the dealership it wasnt there. The other thing was "Newbe" told us it would donly take a few hours to apply the E.P.P. stuff when I came down on Sat. Then come to find out when I get there on Sat it takes a little more than 4 hours.I even told her I had to be back to get my wife by 3pm that day and she said I would be back in time to get her. If so then why did she have rental assigned to me? On Saturday when I arrived at service dept I was sent to the Service Writer guy and I forgot his name, but he was the young by the bay doors. He was really friendly and I told him my situation and he said he would fix the problem for me. He promised me I would be home in time to get my wife from work. He kept his promise and my car was finished in time for me to get my wife from work. Please make sure these three guys get credit for making my experinence an enjoyable one. More
