This was my first car buying experience and I am pleased to say that it was smoother than I thought it was going to be. I had a 2001 Jeep Wrangler with over 186,000 miles on it. I felt it had done me well and was time for an upgrade, plus I needed something more for family travel. I started my search on the internet which lead me to Lustine of Woodbridge. Their prices were beating local dealerships by thousands of dollars which made the hour and a half trip with it. Walked In the doors of Lustine and was immediately greeted with a smile. I stated my intentions and was directed to Mr. Williams. After introductions, I told him what I was looking for and the hunt was on. We walked the lot only stopping at the vehicles I was interested in with no haggling or other distractions. Once I found the Jeep for me, went out for a test drive and fell in love with it. Again I told him my intentions about driving off the lot in the new Wrangler and the paperwork began. Price negotiation was fast, easy and fair. By the time the paperwork was complete, my new Wrangler was fueled, washed and ready to go. I definitely will be returning in the future!!! More

I was in the market for a new car and submitted an inquiry online with this dealership to purchase a 2012 Chrysler 200. I received a call from Mr. Williams who expressed interest in helping me. When I got to the dealership, he was very pleasent and attentive to my needs/wants in the car. Mr. Williams was very knowledgeable about the car and everything it had to offer. Through some negotiations I walked out of the dealership with a new car, got everything I wanted and more! I would recommend this dealership and refer all my friends to Herb Williams. More
We visited due to online prices on a vehicle we were looking into purchasing. We were told that the car was $3,000 more than the online price because we did not qualify for a few exemptions (which actua looking into purchasing. We did want the vehicle though and they were friendly and flexible on our trade in car. They also were good at getting us a very agreeable interest rate to get us in the higher end vehicle that we wanted. Some of the paperwork was a little time consuming and from point of "deal" it took far too long to get out the door, but all in all I would say it was a good experience and they do have very fair prices and will hammer to get a deal you want ... if you stand firm. Herb was very friendly and worked well with us. Mike also worked very well with us. Nobody was rude or abrubt in our time there and I did not feel like I was being "lied to" as I do at some other dealerships in order to make a few more bucks. In the end, could we have probably haggled a little lower — probably. Could we have gone somewhere else and got the same price or a better price — maybe not. So, it was a solid service at a large dealership with a ton of inventory right there on the lot. More

Not only did he give me his personal cell phone number and requested I call him directly if any future problems arise, but he offered some free services to my auto4life program to make up for my experience. I appreciate this effort by Mike and it restores some of my confidence in Mike, in Lustine as a dealership, and in their treatment of the military community. Things slip through the cracks and eventually someone's going to get their toes stepped on as a result, but it's easier to forgive when the dealership goes out of their way to correct the problem. Original review: Sure, Lustine will bend over backwards trying to sell you a car, but if you need anything AFTER they've sold you the car, you may as well forget it. All I need is a simple document...one stinking document from Lustine and no one seems to be able to 1. find the document that they should have plenty of stock of for their auto4life program (btw, stay AWAY from that program if you are military because this business does NOT care to help you transfer the program) or 2. figure out how to get back with me after my MULTIPLE phone calls and messages. I've called Lustine NUMEROUS times over the last two weeks trying to get some sort of service out of them regarding this document, have even spoken to the General Manager, and I have gotten NO WHERE. Even the General Manager has failed to call me back after ACTUALLY SPEAKING to me. I've also not only spoken to Kim in finance, but when she did not do what she said she was going to do, I called and left her a message for her to get back with me...TO NO AVAIL. When I call, the attendant who answers the phone ALWAYS sends me to a voicemail even if I've REQUESTED to speak to an actual person. I've now left a message for Charlotte in Finance and we'll see if SHE returns my call. After the message I left, I would hope that she would take some action...her General Manager sure didn't care to help me out. The title of "exceptional service" for this place is an absolute joke. I am VERY sorry to have ever purchased a car from this place and am thrilled that I no longer live in Virginia so I never will have need to ever again. I'll make sure to tell everyone I can, who relocates to Virginia via the military, to NOT come to Lustine to purchase their vehicle if they wish to have any level of service AFTER they purchase it. Way to treat the military guys...so glad to know we're appreciated! Pathetic Lustine...truly pathetic. More
I just purchased my 3rd car at Lustine, although this was the first time i dealt with mr. Williams, I am thoroughly happy with the service and professionalism displayed. My fiance and I visited Lustine to check out Durangos and Grand Cherokees. Our salesman, Hugo, was wonderful. He was incredibly friendly and accomodating. Because of him, I would have bought a car from Lusti Grand Cherokees. Our salesman, Hugo, was wonderful. He was incredibly friendly and accomodating. Because of him, I would have bought a car from Lustine. But I did not. The 2 general managers that we worked with, Jason and Kevin, while very nice to us, were incredibly rude to their co-workers. Kevin was great and really worked with us to work out a great deal (we probably passed up a great deal, but were new to car shopping). Jason did not come across as being excited to work with us. Both Kevin and Jason treated Hugo as less than- no pleases or thank you's, swooshing him away with a hand to get out of a chair, etc... My fiance and I were very uncomfortable with this. We visited another dealership that showed exemplary teamwork and well-rounded customer service and needless to say, they won our business. More

I recently purchased a 2011 Jeep Wrangler with the assistance of Herb Williams and the other wonderful staff at Lustine.
