I went to Lustine looking to trade in my 2009 dodge challenger for something more gas effecient and either front wheel drive or all wheel drive for better control, even in bad weather like rain or snow challenger for something more gas effecient and either front wheel drive or all wheel drive for better control, even in bad weather like rain or snow. I have purchased my last three cars from Lustine now counting the 2012 avenger sxt plus I just purchased yesterday. I spoke to a salesman named Basil who was incredibly helpful and understood just what I wanted. He showed me a 2012 charger that I absolutely loved but due to the negative equity on the challenger I wouldnt have been able to work out payments that would have been comfortable for me. So, Basil suggested maybe I look at an avenger, since I had previously mentioned that I had owned a 2008 avenger before the challenger. He pulled the 2012 avenger sxt plus around front for me to test drive and look at, and I was very impressed. After speaking to Basil and a few members of the finance team, I was able to purchase the avenger with lower monthly payments than I had before, and I got what I was initially seeking with a front wheel drive vehicle that is better on gas consumption. Aside from the fact that I've always prefered Dodge's line of vehicles to any other car brand, I have always been impressed with the effort Lustine's employees put forth to make the customer happy. As far as I am concerned, I will continue to purchase my future vehicles with Lustine for a very long time to come. More

I would like to take the time to commend Lustine Dodge Jeep Dealership for their professionalism, caring, and overall customer service approach. Recently the window liners to my soft top Jeep were stole Jeep Dealership for their professionalism, caring, and overall customer service approach. Recently the window liners to my soft top Jeep were stolen while watching a movie. I drove to Lustine Dodge Jeep Dealership to order the window liners. My intent was not to purchase a New Jeep. When I first arrived I was in the process of filling out a Police Report telephonically and inadvertantly parked in the service driveway. Herb Williams was the first salesman to approach me and advised me that I could park to the side. I mentioned to him that I was in the process of filing a report and he just waited. Even though unbeknowns to me at that time, I was parked in area blocking Lustine Dodge Jeep's service drive I was allowed to take care of my business. I then parked my Jeep in a designated area and finally had the opportunity to ask for the service department. Herb was very helpful and advised me that he would help me. After discussing the options, I was convinced that buying a New Jeep was my better option. If it had not been for Herb's sense of professionalism and genuine caring I would not have purchased a New Jeep. When my family and I walked out of the dealership with our keys to our New Jeep, I was very greatful that Herb was our salesman and I knew that he really cared. From the first phone call right up until that dreaded finance office event, Herb took all of his patience and optimism to assure my satisfaction and security. I have never felt so encouraged by any company let alone a dealership to feel at ease as they place even the fine print right in the open. Thanks to them I can look back on my first car purchase as a relaxed plesent experience. Ican hardly wait to come back and bring my friends. Who knew the entire process of working with my nearly non existant credit would be just an afternoon of making new friends that will hopefully carry me through many more purchases. I had Joe do an oil change on my truck and he was very honest, knowlegable, and he had my car done fast and had me to work on time. I hate to give a bad score because I absolutely LOVE the person who works on my car, Larry. I specifically come back to this dealership time and time again soley based on the level of honesty and integrity person who works on my car, Larry. As a female I have had dealerships attempt to sell me on repairs that are ridiculous and Lustine has never done that. That is why I keep coming back. I hate to say though- my entire day was ruined yesterday due to lack of communication. There was more wrong with my car than I thought. Stacy was nice and did try to work with me on the price- he even tried to get me a rental car although that wouldn't have been necessary had proper communication been adhered to. He was nice overall- attempted to be accomidating with getting my daughter and I to lunch and what not since we had been there so long... but so much more could have been avoided had they just told me my car needed to stay overnight. There was apparently an issue with getting some parts for my car. I had brought my car in at 10am and thought I would probably be done by around 3 or 3:30. When 4pm rolled around Stacy came in to get someone else and I thought he had come in to get me. I explained that I had a dinner planned in my honor and that I needed to leave- would my car be done soon? He offered a rental, but then I remembered that my license wasn't with me and that wouldn't work out. I had to have my husband come get me and he didn't arrive until about 5pm. The dinner that had been planned for my homecoming from Iraq started at 5pm and the guests were already there. I hadn't even showered and was still about 30 minutes from home at the dealership. Needless to say my night was pretty much ruined. By the time I got there, as the guest of honor, everyone had already eaten and I spent most of my time apologizing to my friends instead of enjoying myself... everything was rushed and people had to leave... it was awful. The reason why this was an issue was because at one point my husband had come to the dealership from work to pick up our daughter. He had to leave work early to get our daughter and pick up our boys since my car wasn't done when we thought it would be. Had I known that there were issues with getting parts I could have just left with my husband and not worried about anything. Now, due to my car not being done yesterday, my husband had to leave work to take our kids to school and then he has to drive back to take me to a dentist appointment that I'd be charged for if I cancelled. His work is NOT happy. We had no intention of the car staying overnight- If this had been communicated earlier I could have cancelled my dentist appointment without being charged and arranged a ride for my kids to school. I could have made it to my own homecoming dinner no problem. All I needed was for Stacey to say HEY- we're having problems getting parts... can you leave your car overnight? (earlier than an hour before they closed and the only reason I found out was because I happened to mention my dinner- not because he came in to even tell me that there were issues) I'm very disappointed. More
