Over the years, I have heard some bad things about Lustine. I have had several dealings with them for Service on my 1995 Jeep Wrangler and have not had any issues with them. They are always courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and up front with me. If I have any complaint at all, it is the cost of Labor charges. I think that they are too high, but then again, All dealers Labor charges are high. Other than that, I have no complaints regarding Lustine, so far. Yesterday we went and bought a Dodge Charger SRT8. We were very happy with our experience and honestly wouldnt have bought it if not for the salesperson who approached us while we were on the back lot lo were very happy with our experience and honestly wouldnt have bought it if not for the salesperson who approached us while we were on the back lot looking at a car. His name was Maxi. He was low pressure and very real and knowlegeable and supportive. Everything you would want a car salesman to be. Honestly, we were only there to compare the Challenger and Charger and see if we could justify the smallness of the Challenger because of our kids. We were fully prepared to go to another dealership to actually GET the car because of our bad experience at Lustine during the previous day. I have to say that I had emailed in days before to Lustine and was "given" a guy named Ike as a salesperson. After a few pushy emails and uncomfortable, demanding conversations, AND a visit by my husband in which he was TOTALLY turned off to the dealership, I spent the day on the phone with a dealership in Myrtle Beach and one in Maryland and was planning on purchasing either a charger or challenger through them. But after a good experience with Maxi, and a meeting of the price with Jason, we purchased a top of the line loaded SRT8 late last night and await the delivery today. As business owners, we like hearing the good and bad about our employees so we can adapt and make sure that ALL of our customers have good experiences, so I found it important to make sure you were aware how very uncomfortable we were with our first salesperson, Ike, and how satisfied we were with our salesperson from yesterday, Maxi. More
Herb Williams is great. I was disappointed at first because i called about a vehicle and was told it was there. But when I arrived, come to find out, it was an error. Dana was excellent. He was really helpful and very patient with us. I kept wanting to see several different cars, even after I was halfway through with the new sale paper work, and he was happy to sho patient with us. I spent 4.5 hours and $100 for nothing. I was the second customer to arrive this morning, the first weekday off in weeks. I identified three things I needed done. Alignment and tire rotation, perform sche customer to arrive this morning, the first weekday off in weeks. I identified three things I needed done. Alignment and tire rotation, perform scheduled emissions maintenance, and diagnose the check engine light that was on. Their alignment machine was out of order and they spent 4 hours on diagnostics, just to tell me they would need me to bring it back in and leave it for a few days so they could determine if the repairs would be covered by warranty; no loaner available. Then they took another 0.5 hour to give me my bill. Half of my day gone and my truck is no better off. More

I have purchased a lot of cars in my day and this was the best experience I have ever had. From the moment I walked through the front door, the entire staff at Lustine was there to actually assist me with my purchase. That is so rare these days. Too often the sales team at other dealerships that I have been to have been there working towards a different goal from me as the consumer. This is the opposite of my experience today. I am thankful and honored to have purchased a car from the "Champ". He has changed my entire outlook on the car business. Thanks again for a wonderful buying experience. More
An outstanding experience. We wanted a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, and Hugo Medina knew the vehicle well, answered all our questions thoroughly, was extremely professional throughout the entire process. We had already had a poor experience at another dealership, and were actually 'encouraged to go to Lustine. You'll be back," we were told, "everyone comes back crying." I hope the first dealership calls so I can thank them for sending me to Lustine. The process was easy, and we left we a 2012 Jeep Wrangler Unltd. -- the car we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. And although I was the one to call and set both appointments, my husband was greeted first at the other dealership, I was an afterthought, and pretty much ignored for the rest of the visit. At Lustine, Hugo treated me exactly as he did my husband - a dual decision-maker in purchasing this car. Sales rep was terrific. Dealership was easy to deal with, and as I said, we left the same day with a new Jeep, which I love! More
