I came in to the dealership because of a friendly follow up call from Matt. I had put in some information for my trade in online and he called to get me in for the last day of the month because Lustine was up call from Matt. I was initially skeptical that they would give me a fair price bur as soon as I arrived I was treated with class by Matt and Moses Kaijuka (sales rep). Moses showed me my options and never made me feel pressured to buy. After working some numbers out with Matt, we were able to get me out of the door with a fair trade in value for my car and a wonderful deal on my new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited...just a shade above invoice. Everyone from the time I came to the time I signed papers (Andre) were absolutely wonderful, courteous, and understanding of my needs (not their bottom line). If you are looking to get into a Jeep in NOVA, please take the time to drive to Lustine...I'm sure glad I made the trip from Reston. Thanks everyone! More

Herb stayed with me until 10:30 and made me a great deal putting on my new plates in the pouring rain. I decided Wednesday that the car wasn't what i really needed and called Herb to see what to do, he said come to the dealership and we will work something out. I never owned a new car before and thought it was out of my price range. Herb said his goal was to make me happy and came through for me putting me in a new chrysler. If your looking for a new or used car or truck please go to lustine chrysler, everyone is very nice and I'm sure they will all send you on your way smiling but Herb Williams was a pleasure to deal with and will go out of his way to make you happy. I was searching for a 2007 Saturn Sky to purchase and I located one on the internet at Lustine. I live in Pennsylvania, it was after hours, so I requested more information via the internet. Herb and I discussed the vehicle and I explained to him where they needed to be with the price. After some friendly negotiating, Herb and I made a deal that made both of us happy. During our phone conversations, I was a little short with Herb because I did not know if he was your "stereotypical" car dealer. Herb maintained his professionalism the entire time and had great patience. Herb assured me the car was in perfect shape and that the pictures do it no justice. Herb stayed at the dealership until 11pm along with his fellow workers so I could drive down from Pennsylvania after work and buy the car. When I pulled in the lot, I saw the vehicle, and it was far better than the online photos. This vehicle is 6 years old and looks brand new!! I have a friend who is a car dealer and I can buy my cars at wholesale. The Sky is so rare I had to look elsewhere. After I purchased the vehicle, my wife called our friend who is the car dealer and he told her we got a fantastic deal. Lustine made a wise choice hiring Herb. He is a good man, with a good heart, and you can trust that he will treat you fairly without ripping you off. More

The car I recently purchased, 2013 Dodge Dart, is only my second vehicle I've ever purchased. My previous experience at a dealership in Miami, Florida in 2005 was an utter disaster. I had no experience with dealers and didn't realize until months later how much they took advantage of me. On December 6th 2012, I got promoted and needed a vehicle to fit into my new life. However, those regrettable memories with the dealership in Miami still remain; I was very skeptical about automotive dealerships as a whole. When my sister recommended this dealership, even though there were other ones closer to my home in Springfield, Virginia, I wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt. She also suggested that I use the company website as they have a large selection of vehicles and would help the sales representative. Upon entering the facility and speaking with Mr. Donnie Lancaster, I noted his honesty and candor. When he wasn't sure about a feature, he was sure to either ask someone who thought who should know or said “I don’t know”. While test driving the Dodge Dart, he took the time to point out features AND limitations; you get Sirus Satellite radio, however you’ll need to renew it in 2014. I was interested in getting some of the customized Mopar accessories for the Dodge Dart, however I needed the car quickly. Mr. Lancaster working with Mr. Troy Robb and the service and parts staff, made sure to only provide me with options that could be ordered and installed in a short period of time. It surprised that he was more concerned with my time and budget, rather than the amount he could make on the sale of the vehicle. What next struck me by surprise was that the associates I spoke with to next, Mrs. Darlene Breeden and Mrs. Byrd. Neither of them tried to gang up on me at the same time, which the dealers in Miami Florida did. Instead, they spoke to me one-on-one, provided me with options, listened to my concerns, offered suggestions, and even tried ways to make their own adjustments to ensure I got the car that wanted. I understand that the financial side of buying a vehicle is always the most stressful, yet despite my anxieties, these individuals went out of their way to ensure I was relaxed and happy with my purchase. During the course of the purchase, there were a few items that I wanted which Mrs. Breeden needed to order; a remote starter, the extended protection package, floor mats, and the Mopar tracking device specifically made for the Dodge Dart. I was asked to come back a week later and to get the items installed. A few days prior to arriving at the dealership, I called the service department to schedule a specific date to get these parts installed. To my dismay I was told that the Mopar tracking device may not be delivered in time. I was extremely upset at this possibility because during the buying process I only asked for upgrades that I was told would be available before returning back to my command in Norfolk, Virginia. When I showed up the next day, this fear was confirmed as the parts for the tracking system wasn't ready. This is where the Lustine staff really showed their true value... First, Troy, understanding that I was upset, suggested that they install the remote starter. He then suggested to speak to Mr. Richard Dill. Mr. Dill presented some options including getting the car serviced in Chesapeake Virginia, or reimbursing my gas for travelling from Norfolk back to Woodbridge at a later date. Although I thought his options were reasonable, I told him that the time lost was a big issue for me, as I have responsibilities to my command with a demanding, less flexible schedule. After talking with his staff, Mr. Dill proposed that instead of waiting for the Mopar tracking system to arrive, he offered to install an alternative system, LoJack. I'm very familiar with this system and trust its credibility. During the entire morning, Mrs. Byrd, who works in the finance section, coordinated with the LoJack company to ensure they could pick up my vehicle to install the system. I was completely taken aback by her efforts because I wasn't expecting someone from the finance department to work on a "service issue." Mrs. Byrd also worked with Troy Robb, Chris Barton (the Service Technician who installed my remote tracking system in the morning), and Junior Boyd (the EPP Services representative who worked on cleaning and applying the entire protection system in the afternoon), to ensure all the components and services for my vehicle were completed within 24 hours. Troy Robb also made arrangements to get a rental car for me so that I could complete any last minute errands before reporting back to my command. Finally, after picking up my vehicle the next day, I spoke to Mr. Donnie Lancaster about the experience. When hearing about the problems I had, he offered his apologies and made arrangements to fill up my gas tank again prior to leaving Northern Virginia to report back to my command later that evening. Bottom line - The Lustine staff over-extended themselves to make sure that I was happy with my purchase AND provided outstanding customer service. The sacrifices they made to their time and ego did not go unnoticed. More
I went to this dealership after finding a 2012 C250 on their site. I called and spoke with Herb William and told me the car was available and that he even had two of the same car. I could not make it out on that day but he called me and told me that car was still there that I could come the next day but call him before coming down. I called him on my way there and even had my bank call him to get the name to put on the check that I was picking up from the bank. He spoke with them and I was on my way to pick up the car. I drove and hour and half to get there only for him to tell me that the car was just sold an hour ago! At that point he proceeded to try and sell me a different car C300 they had on the lot with some guy who was supposed to be his manager promising he would make up for the disappointment by giving me a great deal on a car that I did not want. At this point this looked like a "bait and switch" to me. The next day while still looking for a car on-line I found the same car on their site and called up with a different name only for them to tell to hurry down because the was still here and a lot of calls have been coming in for it and that it would not last. When I told them who i was he told me to hold on so he could get his manager. I was put on hold forever and finally the receptionist got on and asked how she could direct my call. These guys are all very dishonest at least from my experience so beware if you decide to deal with them. More
Herb called me on Thanksgiving day to discuss my Internet inquiry. I was hesitant to travel 4 hours on the promise that we "would not be disappointed". They do have most of their cars on satellite lots, however, so don't expect to find clean and polished cars awaiting your inspection. Mine was perfectly clean for the ride home though! More
On 12/27/2012 I went in to find out what was going on with the loan of my car. While wating for Ashlee the finance rep, the general manager that was there that evening approach me, he was really rude and with the loan of my car. He refuse to give his upper management contact info. He stated that the only person above him was the owner of the dealership. He insulted my intelligence!! So I finally got in contact with jeeps customer service and filled a complaint, they were able to provide me with the contact information of lustines corporate office. I am a returning customer and I WILL RETURN TO THIS DEALERSHIP!!! More

HE DEFINITELY IS A POSITIVE AND DEDICATED ASSET TO CHRYSLER CORPORATION AND LUSTINE CHRYSLER. HE WAS PATIENT, AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.
