Salesman (Thomas Taunton) was very friendly and has spent time helping us figure out the Jeeps features even after the purchase. Ashley ( don't recall her last name) was even available on her day off to answ time helping us figure out the Jeeps features even after the purchase. She gives out her cell phone number and even answers it when at home and off for the day. After the sale we realized the price wasn't quite as good as we thought so I only gave an "OK" on price. It wasn't horrible, but also wasn't as great of a deal as we originally thought. More

I bought a used car from Lustine and it was the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Here are some things I experienced with Lustine. 1. They advertized a low price just to get me in the door. They then tacked on additional fees that made the price much higher. 2. Although I declined the warranty the tacked it on the sale as well. 3. They lied about the condition of the vehicle (they claimed the vehicle had not been wreck when indeed it had). 4. I called numerous times and left several messages all of which where never returned. 5. They gave me the run-around about finding a solution to the issue and went back on their word repeatedly. 6. When I tried contacting their upper management they were equally as unhelpful. 7. By the time the paid off the loan for my trade in I had already had to make two additional payments on it. They told me that they would send a check for that amount and it also states that they have to do so in the Payoff Authorization Document. It has been two months and I still haven't received that check. Lustine's General Manager, Mike Engle will respond to the poor reviews by blaming the customer or denying that there were any issues with the vehicle or the deal. If you buy from Lustine I can assure you that you will soon look back and wish you had listened to the poor reviews and taken your business elsewhere. I have tried to post my review on as many forums as possible. Even if I save only one person from going through what I have gone through then it is worth my time. Unfortunately, for us "little people" the consumers the only way to get anywhere in cases like this would be to get a lawyer and that is assuming you can afford one. I hope this has helped. More
