On June 9, 2013, I purchased a new 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT from Lustine Jeep. The price was great as I paid under the ~$69K MSRP. I walked out the door smiling and I have been doing so since the first moment I drove my Jeep. It did take about 6-weeks to get my "We Owe" resolved, but there was a little painting involved as well as getting a new SRT rim, so it was understandable. GM Mike Engle responded quickly to my inquiries about the Jeep. My service manager was Darlene Breeden. Darlene was fantastic. She always kept me informed about the status of my Jeep and its the kind of service I expect when buying an almost $70K vehicle. Thanks Lustine team! More
I purchased a used dodge here in mid-June 2013 because of the dealerships lifetime warranty claims. This requuires that all manufacturer suggested maintanance be performed by the dealership. I asked for a price list of up coming maintanance at the time i was buying, and was told to get it from the service department. Of course after it took 8 hours for my car to be reaady no one was in service. I called the next day, was told they had the list but couldn't send it to me. I stopped in the following weekend an was told they didn't have the list, but the next maintanance was due in 4000 miles and would costs $1400. It has now been a month and a half since i purchased the vehicle, no title has arrived, and my emmission stickers haven't arrived yet. I have been calling and get trasnfered to voicemails. I finally got someone last weekend who "had to call me back Monday." That was ten days ago, still no word on my stickers, and of course my current ones expire tomorrow. My overall impression of this dealership is you should get what your promised before you give them your money because once they get it they couldn't care less about their customers. More

I have to say that I am EXTREMELY unhappy with the customer service and professionalism at this delearship. They seemed very happy to have me call about a vehicle on the website. And they were even happier to have me come down the same day and buy the vehicle. After that it has been a nightmare ever since. Between the finance office, the lack of knowledge by the service people, and the vulgarity of language that you hear from salesmen sitting outside on the vehicles they are supposed to be selling, I would never buy nor would I reccommend this dealership to anyone, not even my worst enemy. I even went so far as to let management know my concerns and I have yet to hear back from anyone. If I had to do all over again, I would most certainly have not purchased anything from this dealership. More

Initially htis dealership tried very hard to sell me a car that I did not what. The sales person - Thomas Taunton - tried his best to get me the car that my wife and I wanted, but was unable to due to hi car that I did not what. Once I was able to speak to someone above that level the car purchase went very smoothly. It was truly unfortunate that the middle management forgot about customer service. Once upper management got involved, as I said previously, all went very smoothly. Mt wife and I now have the Chrysler 300 that we originally wanted. More

We had been to a previous dealership the day before, but the sales staff didn't listen to any of our concerns and tried to force us into a car we new was too expensive. Bryan listened to exactly what we wanted and quickly found the Grand Cherokee that had all the options we were looking for. He even helped entertain our daughter while we were in the finance office. I also wanted to personally stress just how pleased my wife and I were with Thomas and our overall expereince. We were considering the Grand Caravan and the Town and Country. Thomas actually took each vehicle of comparable models, parked them side-by-side and went through each feature to help us make a more informed decision. We've never had any salesperson go to that much effort and it was of tremendous value in our final decision. My personal thanks to Thomas on a job well done! Thank you! More
