I just want to give a shout out to the superb service that I recently received from the Service Department. The courteous service began with the technician assistant who then released me to Eric. Eric prepared my paperwork and politely showed me where to wait while my car inspection was being done. I was promised, in writing, that the lights from my trade in 2015 Wrangler JK would be transferred to my 2020 Wrangler JL. I have been stonewalled on several attempts to make this happen. I will never take my business to a Lustine dealership again and I will recommend my friends do the same.
