Each time, they kept my vehicle for 1–2 months at a time, only for the check engine light to come back on shortly after I got it back. This cycle has repeated multiple times throughout the entire Summer until now. The issue was covered under warranty, yet they continued to replace the same part over and over, even though it was obvious that it was not the underlying problem. Meanwhile, I spent a significant amount of money on rentals and had to practically beg for a loaner, despite this being an ongoing issue that was not caused by me. After my car was in the shop for another two months, I finally received it back last week — only for the check engine light to come back on one day later. At this point, it feels extremely sketchy, as if the light was simply cleared without the actual problem being fixed. Now I’m being told that another diagnostic shows additional codes that “may not be covered under warranty.” How is that my responsibility when I haven’t even had possession of the car or driven it for months? It strongly appears that mistakes made while servicing the vehicle caused further issues. On top of all this, there has been a complete turnover of staff since my car has been in their possession, which honestly says a lot about what may be going on behind the scenes. This dealership waste people’s time without actually resolving the problem. It’s an inconvenience. Do not walk — RUN from this dealership. Save yourself the time, stress, and financial loss. More

I want to start by saying, I worked for a dealership for many years; so I am aware of issues that happen, not on purpose and by accident. So, when I type this (my first dealer rating ever) I write this out of sheer frustration after having history and understanding with behind the scenes knowledge. My sales person was nice, but if you make an online contact; this will not be the same person that you deal with at the dealership. This makes sense, but also should be said before you arrive. (Dealer advantage tactic 1). The used vehicle was in very presentable condition, 9/10. TRACKER! The day after I purchased the truck, I realized they added a tracker to my car. They tried to sell this to me at the xxx, but I refused. NO WHERE in the paperwork or verbally was I told that a tracker would be on my new purchase. I removed the tracker, called to complain and told them if they wanted the trackers where they could locate it. NO RETURN CALL from the SALES MGR! Trade In and shadiness happens here! Super low balled, but that is to be expected. We reached an agreement on prices (trade and purchase) BUT .... It turned out that they waited 6 weeks to pay off my trade; so I incurred another payment as well as addition day %. Mind you, I had to call the bank to get payoff and get a daily % increase for payoff. So, in total, Oursiman cost me almost $500 by paying off the loan 5 weeks after I traded it and in extra % charges. I want my money back! The contract listed payoff and what they paid was $460 less! This is blatant theft! I have left numerous messages for the Sales Mgr to call me back, Not a peep! Now on week 7 of owning the truck and my temp tags are 3 weeks expired and no titling, new tag, or final singed paperwork has been mailed to me. I live 4.5hrs from the Ourisman in WV, Again, I was told this would not be an issue, actually, Rick (who was very professional) made it a point before me that overnighting me a new temp tag, paperwork, etc would not be an issue. If it wasn't for the shadiness of payoff of my trade in and the 100% lack of Sales and Sales Mgr responses after the sale, it would have been a good experience. But the fact that this group seems to have a systemic issue with lack of after sales customer care should tell everyone all that you need to know; you are just a number today and that they do not care about you as a next customer. I'd love for this post to get any positive attention from this dealership; but again, the lack of response thus far even to find out where my tags and paperwork are is incredibly disheartening. And living in a place where I can't just drive 9hrs round trip to "HOPE" when I arrive my trade in "refund" , tags and paperwork will be waiting; this treatment is beyond unacceptable! *** I also forgot to mention *** Even though I came reapproved from VACU, the salesperson took all my vital 411, I asked for what, he said that "it was for the purchased paperwork;" but in fact he ran my credit again on the dealership portal at his desk! I had suspected this the case; but it was confirmed when a slew of emails came in from agencies and lenders... Again, more shady stuff! More
On my way between Montreal and Florida, my jeep experienced bad misfires on the 95 near Washington. I brought my 2015 Grand Jeep Cherokee for a service call due to transmission issues. This is a recurring problem that i thought was addressed at another dealer. I decided to try Ourisman and from the beginning the attention to detail provided by my Service Advisor John Davitt, was exceptional. He listened to my concern provided timely feedback and got me in a rental as early as possible. John kept me abreast of all major milestones and I feel very valued as a customer. Not pleased. Purchased a used vehicle and was rushed due to end of month quota. Was told to come the next day and all would be ready. Nothing was ready. Due to not wanting to make another trip of 4 hours away, was offered a "deal" on maintenance problem. When working with my local mechanic was told the part needed is not available for a year and may not be available at all! I am positive they new this at the time of sale. Not to mention, they did not know how to complete the finance paperwork with my preapproved lender and had to wait for 30 days with numerous calls to receive my permanent license plates. The only positive is that the people are nice. More

Was advised by our salesman that we didn't need to worry about because VA inspection is more thorough than MD and it passed VA inspection. (Not True) I had taken my recently purchased vehicle to get inspected in MD for it to fail due to a scratch in the front windshield caused by old wipers that was not noticed when purchased. We saw that the windshield wipers were recently replaced on the vehicle. Several contacts were made to the actual salesman as well as VM left for managers with no response as to whether they were going to fix the issue or not. So, with no answer/response from the dealership, I am left with a vehicle I have to come out my pocket for to replace a windshield for it to pass MD inspection. I will never deal with this dealership again. I had a lot of people looking to purchase vehicles and I will not refer this place. Very upset. More

Finance department is deceptive. When I bought the car he told me he would throw in a bunch of stuff free with the car like the paint protection and I just had to make an appointment When I bought the car he told me he would throw in a bunch of stuff free with the car like the paint protection and I just had to make an appointment and they would take care of me. Went to look at my paperwork and saw that I actually paid 2.8k for the exterior and interior protection. Typical shady dealership tactics should’ve been more careful. Overall wouldn’t recommend this dealership. Take your business somewhere else. Customer service is a joke. More
