I brought my 2015 Grand Jeep Cherokee for a service call due to transmission issues. This is a recurring problem that i thought was addressed at another dealer. Not pleased. Purchased a used vehicle and was rushed due to end of month quota. Was told to come the next day and all would be ready. Nothing was ready. Due to not wanting to make another trip of 4 hours away, was offered a "deal" on maintenance problem. When working with my local mechanic was told the part needed is not available for a year and may not be available at all! I am positive they new this at the time of sale. Not to mention, they did not know how to complete the finance paperwork with my preapproved lender and had to wait for 30 days with numerous calls to receive my permanent license plates. The only positive is that the people are nice. More

Not pleased at all. I purchased a vehicle about two weeks ago in the dark while raining (First mistake)! I reside in Maryland and ask about the vehicle inspection. Was advised by our salesman that we didn't need to worry about because VA inspection is more thorough than MD and it passed VA inspection. (Not True) I had taken my recently purchased vehicle to get inspected in MD for it to fail due to a scratch in the front windshield caused by old wipers that was not noticed when purchased. We saw that the windshield wipers were recently replaced on the vehicle. Several contacts were made to the actual salesman as well as VM left for managers with no response as to whether they were going to fix the issue or not. So, with no answer/response from the dealership, I am left with a vehicle I have to come out my pocket for to replace a windshield for it to pass MD inspection. I will never deal with this dealership again. I had a lot of people looking to purchase vehicles and I will not refer this place. Very upset. More

I had inquired about a new Durango SRT and received a call from a salesman named Basil. Basil was friendly and helpful and I let him know what my buying criteria were. I filled out a credit application and started the process, but things got complicated when David Black (manager) got involved. They made me feel like I was asking for the moon and the stars after asking them to close a 5k difference on the deal. They’d offered me less than 5k for a 2015 Chevy Cruze LTZ RS with 80k and I felt that there was still more they could do. I told them if it couldn’t be done it wasn’t a big deal and I wasn’t trying to be unrealistic. David and another manager at Ourisman came back with what appeared to be their best offer at $8500 for my trade and final financing offers with the Durango at MSRP. In the meantime, I started looking elsewhere for a comparable truck and luckily found an almost identical Durango at Len Stoler in Westminster MD. I started the same process with Chuck and Diane there. They matched or beat everything that Ourisman offered and never pressurized the offer. Meanwhile I’m getting texts and calls from Noah and Basil that I need to make a decision about the truck because they have another buyer “getting close”. Jokes on them as I’m sitting at Len Stoler filling out paperwork on a perfect truck and saving 10k. Bottom line is Ourisman ended up offering me more than I had originally asked for but they made it so painful that I went elsewhere. Now they’ll have a 110k Durango sitting on their lot for another 30 days or more - too bad - They missed out on an opportunity to sell a car but got greedy. More
