They sell great cars but, the service is a disappointme We bought our Jeep Grand Cherokee in 2013. All of the service has been at the dealership. When they sell a new car, they offer the Ourisman Advantage. We bought our Jeep Grand Cherokee in 2013. All of the service has been at the dealership. When they sell a new car, they offer the Ourisman Advantage. The advantage offers a car wash with service, a loaner car program and full exterior detail every 24 months. When I went for scheduled today's appointment, I asked for advantage benefits. I arrived at 6:30 AM but they didn't have a loaner car available. When I asked for my detail, they said that I needed to bring the car in earlier, service starts at 7:00. They promised to hand wash the car, and I agreed. When I picked up the Jeep ten hours later, it had not been washed. I am so disappointed in their false advertising and not fulfilling their words. I picked a terrible dealership to buy my Jeep. More

Great Customer Service This will be my second time dealing with Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Bowie and I must say I was pleased with the service provided last weekend This will be my second time dealing with Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Bowie and I must say I was pleased with the service provided last weekend. Service Mangers Bryan P and Bryan V provided me with great customer service. From diagnosing my car to explaining the issue with my ESIM and having my Grand Jeep Cherokee fixed and back to me by cob Saturday - I really appreciate the effort put forth of the service department overall.
