Ourisman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Bowie - Service Center

I bought a 2017 jeep cherokee 5 weeks ago from Ourisman Jeep in Bowie (it will came with a limited warranty for 2 months that excludes brake pads and rotors). My brakes starting squeeling and they just tol Jeep in Bowie (it will came with a limited warranty for 2 months that excludes brake pads and rotors). My brakes starting squeeling and they just told me to replace all 4 pads and rotors will cost $2,400! Are you kidding me? Has anyone paid that much for a brake job? And even though I had a service appointment scheduled, it took them over 3 days to give me the estimate. Need less to say, I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealer nor will I have them service the vehicle - ever! I love the Jeep but this is absurd. More

It appears the mechanics are not doing the work that’s written on the work order. One of my four tires is different than the other three not to mention I keep the tire pressure the same for the back two a written on the work order. Didn’t happen. After almost an hour drive on my day off, this is unacceptable! More

She also took time to explain the details of the service and what specifically was being constantly kept me up to date on the status of my vehicle.
