I had tried for a year to get an appt to get a recall fixed. Taking the car in and the check-in process was very easy. When I finally got the appt I was told I could get a shuttle ride home. I will never buy a car from this dealership again. They sold me a $52,000 vehicle without even performing a basic oil change. When I drove off the lot, the car was already at 30% oil life. That’s unacceptable, especially considering this is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from them. You’d expect better treatment and attention to detail for such a significant purchase—and from a repeat customer no less. I’m extremely disappointed with the service and lack of care. I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere. More
