Tom was the first one to greet us as soon as we walked in the door. Of course i love no pressure, but i do want to be greeted when i walk in. Tom did just that and asked if we need help. Of course we did. He arranged for us to test drive, showed us the vehicle, and salient features of the JGC. Since the color combination we wanted wasn't in their stock, Tom said he can arrange it no problem, which he did quickly. Long story short, Tom and Dana McGriff (Sales Manager) worked quickly to match the lowest price quote I had and gave me what I had in mind for my Trade in. We finished paperwork late in the night, and took delivery of our vehicle the next day. Our toddler didn't give us enough time for Tom to go with all the features, but he's more than ready and available to make sure that we understand and know about all the features of the Jeep GC. I walked into the dealership unannounced on a cold Monday night to look at two specific vehicles. I was warmly greeted in the parking lot by Kendric, who was on his way to deal with another customer. He was proactive in demostrating a number of the Ram's features and very helpful without being aggressive or pushy at all. After viewing the two vehicles, I narrowed it down to one, and we got down to work. I asked them to shoot me their best price, and they shortly came back with a price a bit over what I originally wanted to pay. One quick exchange and I got the truck at a price I was very happy with, and purchased it immediately. Dealing with Brandon and Dana was very easy and there was no pressure or hard sell - it was easy. When I came in to pick up the truck to drive it off the lot, I got to deal with Kendric again, and he was very pleasant and took care of a last minute issue in no time. Andrew did an excellent job by actually listening to what I was saying about what I was looking for and what my needs and wants were. I went into the dealership very well preparred ahead of time in regards to what I wanted to spend and the financing I was looking for, and he actually gave me an initial estimate that was better that what I had calculated. After doing the official financing they came back with an even better number, and I even received a pretty fair deal for my trade in. The whole process from start to finished took only about 3 and a half hours and was very painless. I would definitely reccommend Oursiman of Bowie and especially Andrew Thomas to anyone in the area looking to purchase a vehicle. Even with living in Springfield, Virginia it was worth the drive up to Bowie, and I will most likely be buying my next Hyudai from there as well, in a few years! More
