At the end of the night, it was a fair deal and am extremely happy with both my purchase and experience. Being a total computer nerd, I do all of my research online first. I chose Ourisman because Nadina was the most expeditious and responsive of all of the dealerships I had contacted. Upon arrival, we were instantly greeted by Vincenzo who introduced us to Nadina. He kept us entertained, answering questions while Nadina went to find Raymond to pull up the car I had originally inquired about. Raymond quickly came with the keys and sent us off on a test drive, alone, so we could privately evaluate the car. Love at first sight, it was time to haggle. After a bit of banter, papers pushed back and forth, numbers were agreed upon and finalized. I've walked out more than once at a dealership and it never crossed my mind to do so. During the process, Raymond was 100 percent respectful of our demands and enjoyable to banter with. Finally, the financing process with Donna was smooth and painless, exceeding my original expectations. I followed up the next day to get the official tour of my vehicle in the daylight. I was immediately greeted by Nadina and other members of the staff. Raymond came out with Kevin to show me the bells & whistles, cracked a few jokes and left a much wiser and proud Jeep owner. Being my third Jeep and fourth Jeep dealership, I will definitely return to Ourisman when ready for my next purchase. I have already recommended Raymond & Ourisman to a friend and will do the same to anyone else who may ask. Next time, I'll wear my free go pro from them to document how great they were ;). I went out the next day and called ahead asking someone to bring the key to the truck out so I can sit in it. Ron brought out the key in the pouring rain and just said check it out. He didn't get in the truck with me, he just gave me all the space I needed. when I gave him the key I asked if we could go talk about the truck. for the first few mins he didn't say anything, just typed on his computer. I picked the truck because i thought it was a fair price, then all of a sudden Ron turns to me and tells me he found me about $8000 in rebates off the truck price. He was awesome. He came up with a great price on my trade in and got me a spray in bed liner. The whole process was so easy and very quick. I was only there about 3 hours including time with the finance department. I would very much recommend the dealership and especially Ron. Ron Channell drove in on Sunday even though he was off that whole weekend because thats when I needed to buy the truck. Thanks Ron. More
Excellent sales and delivery experience What I bought: I was looking for a kitted out "work truck", so RAM 2500 with 6.4L, big boy box, 4.10, AUX switches, sprayed etc. But no SLT stuff/flu What I bought: I was looking for a kitted out "work truck", so RAM 2500 with 6.4L, big boy box, 4.10, AUX switches, sprayed etc. But no SLT stuff/fluff, just barebones hauler. How I got it: I found this truck by looking on Ram's locator and AT. I live in freaking Pennsylvania, but you know it can be hard to find the right truck. Who: I reached out to Gary through email regarding the "actual" price. I wanted to know which rebates were included and if I was eligible for them. It took him about a day, and he responded with a neat breakdown of the fees , which was... Allowance $40,910 $29,500 Documentation Fee $300 State and Local Taxes $444.60 License and Fees $220 Less Incentives Trade Payoff - $4000 $27,500 Your Total Price *$35,876.60 *Now* How many dealers would do this over the email or phone? Just about none. I knew what I wanted and what numbers I was comfortable with. With just the numbers we went back and forth a little bit (twice) until we were both comfortable. I filled out a credit application online so they ran my credit and gave me a good APR. I was advised to come down the same day since they were closing some sort of interval of sales: similar to shopping at the last day of the month. I drove down to Maryland from PA that night and was greeted by Gary. Mind you, I never talked to this guy on the phone...Clean and professional place. The truck was clean, parked and waiting in the front. We ran through some paperwork and I started moving my stuff from my truck. Donna in finance handled paperwork. Everything went as planned, with very slight amendment to APR rate .09% increase. All numbers matched up, no surprises. Just boring paperwork with numbers we already agreed on. 100% honest work from both Gary and Donna. Other dealers would only give me numbers and rebates used if I came in. And we tried that. They wanted to rip us off really badly and put us in a bad financial situation. Oh, the stories they'd come up with as if I don't know how to manage money. TLDR; Gary+company were great! He worked with me to get all numbers square in advance. I like this because it helps me align what I can afford with my budget at my own time. Set it all up entirely through email...How's that for ya? I went *IN* to local dealers and they couldn't treat me that well. I'm gonna return to this place, or wherever Gary is at least, to buy my next truck. Big ups to Gary + Donna ! I love my 2500, gonna pull this weekend :) More

Buying your first new car should be an exciting experience - not one that you dread and belittles you. I recommend that Ourisman spend some time teaching their salesmen how to engage with their clients in a thoughtful and supportive way. The old school methods of the used car salesman simply no longer work in a world where information on price and expectation are available at the touch of a button. More

The check engine light was on for a bad TPS (Tire Pressure) sensor and he was told they would repair the issue if he bought the car and brought it back to service. He was also promised floor mats and told they would be available that weekend. The service department said the TPS light was bad and he had 2 nails in his tires. Coincidentally, my son had to add air to his tire every day. The rude service manager gave him an offer to replace either the TPS sensor OR the tire... but not both. Absolutely ridiculous. It's been several weeks and the floor mats are not available yet. Avoid this dealership at all costs! They are liars. Brandon Ritter is really good at selling cars but never returns phone calls as promised. More
