Welcoming Environment From the time I arrived I felt welcomed, comfortable and safe. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a service technician and directed to the service desk. From the time I arrived I felt welcomed, comfortable and safe. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a service technician and directed to the service desk. My representative (Rick) reviewed my needs and I went to the waiting area. This environments very pleasant and accommodating. I appreciated the availability of complimentary hot drinks and water. Rick came to advise me of a recommended service to my vehicle within 45 minutes and I opted for that service as well. About 20 minutes later I was walking out the door. Every employee here is very friendly. I encountered a service technician, service representative, cashier and even a salesman who wanted to sell me another vehicle...lol. I'm a people person, so I really do appreciate employees that allow customers to feel welcomed. Thank you! More

Effortless! I arrived at he service lanes a little before 7:00 A.M. for routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, wash).
