I bought a 2017 jeep cherokee 5 weeks ago from Ourisman Jeep in Bowie (it will came with a limited warranty for 2 months that excludes brake pads and rotors). My brakes starting squeeling and they just tol Jeep in Bowie (it will came with a limited warranty for 2 months that excludes brake pads and rotors). My brakes starting squeeling and they just told me to replace all 4 pads and rotors will cost $2,400! Are you kidding me? Has anyone paid that much for a brake job? And even though I had a service appointment scheduled, it took them over 3 days to give me the estimate. Need less to say, I will NEVER buy another vehicle from this dealer nor will I have them service the vehicle - ever! I love the Jeep but this is absurd. More

Absolute worst! !! They lie Prices look good on the internet then the fees on the back end dont make it worth it. Kunta is some kind of manager he lies Cynthia was my !! And the finance gut treated my wife and I like trash. When the tags and registration came in and mailed to me, I only had 6 months on the tag. Now I have to deal with DMV in six months. I paid for more time, and 800 dollars for Ourisman to do the paperwork. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE< ANYWHERE ELSE YOU WILL SAVE IN THE LONG RUN More

It appears the mechanics are not doing the work that’s written on the work order. One of my four tires is different than the other three not to mention I keep the tire pressure the same for the back two a written on the work order.
