There are pros and cons to this service area. This past weekend I had a tire blow out and not many places were open. I’ve been using Ourisman for all service for my vehicle for the past 2 years. This past weekend I had a tire blow out and not many places were open. I’ve been using Ourisman for all service for my vehicle for the past 2 years. They were able to fit me in quickly which was great. They were also super polite on the phone when I called. When I arrived they seemed not to have record of my appointment and didn’t know if they would have a replacement tire. So no real communication between the call center and service station. Luckily they did have a tire and we’re able to help. On my way there my check engine light came on. I shared this with the rep who checked me in. He said that the technicians would look at this when they did their inspection. While I was waiting a gentleman walked in who just had his oil changed and the techs didn’t reset the sensor. They explained the pricing to me. Because it’s a dealership I know it’s more expensive than most other places. Still it’s just so overpriced. When I tell people how much it cost they say “oh that’s for two tires, right?” Nope. Just the one. After I pay and go to leave I notice that the cap isn’t on the tire valve. I mention it to the sales rep who goes into the shop and pulls a random cap. Now they don’t match. Small thing but shows a lack of attention on the technicians. I asked about the check engine light when they didn’t say anything about it. The rep said they can’t check that and I would have to bring my car back and leave it all day. To my understanding that would take a short period of time to check why the light is on. I ended up going to a local shop who were able to scan the system and find out that the light was on because of the spare having been on the car. All it needed was to be reset. All this to say that understand them being short staffed on a weekend, and I know that dealerships overcharge for service. I used to go to a dealership for service exclusively where I used to live and it was never this bad. If I came in the with a check engine light on, they would have checked it so I wasn’t driving around with a potential issue. It wasn’t even that I would have had to come back. It was that I was there and they would not check the system. It was just very frustrating and not worth how overpriced the service is. More

The Service Department at Ourisman is by far the best I have experienced. They were friendly, attentive and kept me informed during the entire process. The service manager, Jim Umpleby, was very friendly a have experienced. They were friendly, attentive and kept me informed during the entire process. The service manager, Jim Umpleby, was very friendly and fully explained what repairs were needed and why and what my options were. He offered to take me home and pick me up when my vehicle was ready. I can’t say enough good things about my service experience at Ourisman. I will definitely return again when I need any work done to my vehicle. More
I will not recommend this place, and will never comeback! !!! Purchased a car Friday when we bring home found out car have a ticking sounds when we turn off, and the next day we also heard the sounds before !!! Sunday we comeback so the dealer(vernando) be able to help us and let him hear the ticking sounds, vernando said maybe it was the hvac engine or AC compressor that makes sounds and told us to come back Monday (Labor Day), we also remind him that the vacuum inside the car was missing because he told that the vacuum was maybe in the other compartment of the car. But so we checked it wasn’t there, So he said he will take care of it and he will order for us. (Until now we haven’t get it) so we come back Monday, but telling us that the auto shop was closed, so asking us to comeback the next day instead. Ok the 3rd time we comeback, the following day and go straight to auto shop , I explained what’s going on and there’s a ticking sounds, the lady(Victoria) took the car key, saying she didn’t heard it, so i asked her to come with me and I can let her know where the ticking sound is, I haven’t start the engine and we both heard the ticking sounds. And so I start the engine and turn it off and we both heard the ticking sounds again. Now she heard the ticking sounds and told me to leave the car so they be able to check farther. After 5days she gave me a call that they waiting for the delivery of the parts and car need to stay more longer,Fast forward after 12days leaving the car in the shop she give me a call and the car is ready to pick up and they do recall, so they didn’t fix the ticking sounds. I pick up the car in that day, decided to go straight to other auto repair shop. I just realized even though car have a 60days warranty after purchased it, if it’s free service for them and they not gonna get any money out of it they will not gonna fix it, even it the tiny problem of the car. Big company but they just really working if they get some money. More
