Work was sufficient and completed properly while I waited. I went there to have tire repaired, the tire had to be replaced. Without an appointment my replacement for recall was handled, oil change, waited. I went there to have tire repaired, the tire had to be replaced. Worst customer service in the service department I've ever experienced. We bought a brand new car last year, spent over $100,000, bought the Ourisman service package, everything. Car starts having an iss ever experienced. We bought a brand new car last year, spent over $100,000, bought the Ourisman service package, everything. Car starts having an issue with the tire pressure, we called and made a service appointment, and brought the car in. Only to be told there isn’t anything wrong with the car. We picked the car up, noticed the same issue with the tire pressure is happening, and now the Service 4WD light is on, called the service department again and made an appointment. We dropped the car off that night, left the keys in the drop box and called in the morning to confirm they received it. We were told Dan would call us back within a few hours, and never received a call. I called 4 times, and was transferred to different people over and over and was told, "I have to check with Dan, I don't know, I'll have him call you back." I eventually started calling the sales department, and after 3 phone calls to sales, received a call back from Dan. I was then told that they didn't find anything, but cleared the light so I wouldn't have any issues. We were furious, and immediately got in the car and drove the 20 minutes to the dealership. After going into the service department and demanding that they correctly fix what was wrong in the car, and not just clear a light to make us go away, we were told it would take an additional 2 days to fix it as they had to order parts, and it would be covered under warranty. Two days later, I received a call that the car was ready, so we drove over to pick it up. We went to the cashier to get the keys, and were handed a bill of $900. We told the cashier that it was supposed to be under warranty, and she said she'd have to talk to Dan. She disappeared, and we were ignored for almost 30 minutes, until she finally came back and handed us a $0 bill. After we received our keys, we asked to speak to Dan to verify that the work was completed and ask him to explain to us what was wrong with the car. He proceeded to give a roundabout answer, that didn't really tell us or explain anything, so annoyed, we just decided to leave. Note: this experience happened a few months ago, I originally wasn't going to post anything until we dropped the car off yesterday for the recall repairs and had another terrible experience. More
