DO NOT waste your time trying to do business with ourisman chrysler dodge jeep ram of Baltimore. We agreed upon a price OTD for one of their used vehicles as listed on their website certified pre owned . While at the bank, received a call that the vehicle price would be an additional $1695 for Certified Pre-Owned 7yr. / 100,000 mile warranty even though the vehicle description included this warranty on their website. I wish I read previous comments because this unethical technique of how they do business happened to plenty of others from reviews. Proceed at your own risk!!! I would leave a review with Better Business Bureau but they are NOT BBB accredited. More
What an amazing dealership and buying experience. It started with a phone call to Kathy McKinney followed by a road trip all the way from NY to Baltimore, MD! Kathy and the sales manager I worked with, started with a phone call to Kathy McKinney followed by a road trip all the way from NY to Baltimore, MD! Kathy and the sales manager I worked with, Sky, were a pleasure to deal with and were very fair and professional. We reached a deal fairly quickly as they are no nonsense and really want to get their customers the best deal. The inventory and prices were much better at this dealership than all the others I researched and spoke to. Kathy makes you feel like family as she tours the dealership with you and introduces you to the dealership family/employees. I cannot say enough great things about my buying experience! Put it this way…it’s a 6 hour drive and I wouldn’t mind going back to get my truck serviced there! More

I found the dealership using an app that searched multiple dealers for the lowest price. The advertised price was much lower than other dealers, even though the van was hard to find, at the time. However, when we got to the pricing stage, the price they presented was 20% higher than the advertised price. They explained that it was because the app shows the price with all incentives applied, such as student, law enforcement, returning dodge customer discounts, etc. (Some of which, indidnt qualify for). The advertised price also did not include the added dealership lifetime service plan which was $1,000 or $1,500. (Which I had them remove because i live out of the area from any Ourisman). It also didn't include nitrogen in the tires, The nitrogen tire air upcharge was $1,000. Hahaha. I thought it was a prank. My salesperson agreed with me that it seemed high, but the 2 sales managers I worked with both insisted that was the amount of money it cost to buy and store nitrogen, and to pay an employee to put it in the tires. It was bordering on disrespectful fornthem to try and convince me of this. They removed the charge after it was clear I wasn't going to pay it. (They did, however, remove the green schrader valve covers as if to say they removed the nitrogen and replaced it with air. LOL). So, aside from pricing issues, I have to admit, when we finally agreed upon a sales price, I felt it was fair, and they were comfortable with it as well. Every single employee with whom I worked was very polite and professional. My sales professional was Charles. He went above and beyond to see that I was happy with everything. He wasn't pushy or abrupt with me at any time. We set an appointment time and he was ready on time with no wait. Offered me a beverage and openly discussed everything. It was an excellent experience all around. The finance manager was a woman, her name escapes me. But she was also extraordinary. She was not pushy with extra warranties, although she did offer and explain them clearly. She worked quickly, and even though the deal went way passed closing hours, she insisted it was no bother and she was happy to stay and get it done. Charles also stayed until the end, even though he didnt have to. The customer service at this dealership is notable. Inventory is there. It's easy to get in and out. I strongly recommend this dealership to anyone. But be cautious about the price they offer. As any dealership, they're just trying to make a living, and they are ad good at that as they are at providing service. I didn't feel it was any nefarious behavior. It was simply a business trying to make money during an economic downturn. So, I prepared myself with research, and we all were satisfied with the result. Highly recommend. More
