We have been dealing with Thompson Jeep since 2005. Every 2-3 years we trade both our Jeeps in for new Jeeps. We purchase the Jeep Rubicon and Grand Cherokee limited or Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk. In 2021 we traded in both our 2020 Jeeps for special ordered upgrades for 2021. Their sales and service was always top of the line. Days later we always received a call to see how well we treated. Many times we would just stop by to say hello to everyone. When we found out Thompson Jeep was sold it became very upsetting! What really upsetting was the new Dealer let many of the most trusted emploees let go! We now belong to Adams Jeep where they really care about their customers and employees. John and Sandy More

This dealership is now Ourisman jeep. Horrible. After I decided to not move forward with them and asked that they remove me from their email system I got a very condescending email bac Horrible. Not how to part ways with a customer which later down the road could want to purchase a vehicle. Plenty of other jeep dealerships in the area might I suggest Keene Jeep or Jones Junction or even Heritage jeep I have worked with each of them with very positive experiences. More

Came into look at the Grand Cherokee was working with Shawn we looked at one we really liked but it was high up there so we were recommended the Altitude and my car payment would be under $600 but they d Shawn we looked at one we really liked but it was high up there so we were recommended the Altitude and my car payment would be under $600 but they didn’t have any in, we got a text saying they finally got “one” in we drive all the way up there and they didn’t even have any in and the first thing he says was about a grand wagoneer that my mother in law was looking at but she is all the way in VA so why was that the main concern? Because it’s more commission! And then says the One WE were looking at won’t come in for weeks so what was the point to waste our time to come up there and not even have that promised car payment either!! And he was very rude when we told him we were okay that a nice day Will be taking my business elsewhere. More
